Truly amazing! From the overwhelming welcome when we arrived to the relaxing poolside amenities. No leaf was left turned over. The attention to detail was exquisite. The staff, oh the staff our butlers made us feel like our comfort and happiness was all they wanted.

This resort was a splurge for us to celebrate our anniversary. It is an absolutely beautiful resort with exceptional service. They took great care of us. Be prepared for drinks and food that are quite expensive, which is probably to be expected at a resort of this caliber. For example a margarita is almost twenty dollars and almost everything on the lunch menu starts above twenty five dollars. I was a little annoyed that a Pacifico is almost ten dollars. This was about two to three times the cost of another 4 star resort we stayed at recently. I will say everything that all the wine that was recommended and cocktail and food we ordered was excellent. We would love to go back again some time.

My wife and I stayed at Las Ventanas for 7 days for our Honeymoon. The service is amazing and every room is private with soaring ceilings. The amenities (spa, gym, pools) are well-maintained and staffed. There are a number of activities to choose from - horse back riding, private movie screening on the beach, fishing etc. or you can easily lay by the pools all day and eat at the swim-up bar. One of the most relaxing experiences ever and perfect for a honeymoon or anniversary trip.

five stars. Stayed here with a friend before meeting a group at the hilton a few hotels down. The food was fabulous...incredible fish and sushi. The service was spot on. Our butler could not have been nicer or more helpful. The one thing to note is the hotel/resort is very quiet. It was perfect for us...we were looking for some spa/pool time and great meals. I would not bring my kid (who are high energy) there were kids in the pool and they looked to be having a good time, but i'm not sure all kids would fit in.

I love the hotel, the service, ammenities and attention were excellent!!

I have had the opportunity to stay in a lot of nice hotels in my life - but Las Ventanas sets a new standard for me. This is the nicest resort I've ever visited. Everything was perfect. Reading reviews prior to traveling, my one concern was that the resort would be full of honeymooners, making our family of three (and especially my 17-year-old son) feel out of place. It is the perfect place to honeymoon, but families will feel comfortable here as well. One key is that this is a very understated place. If you need a lot of noise and activity, this won't be the place for you. The rooms are tastefully elegant. For me, the patio "living room" was the best feature of our room. We enjoyed morning coffee and/or breakfast every morning there - and also had one evening meal in the privacy of our own "home." The main pool area provides the best pool experience ever, with attentive staff stopping by to refill your water buckets or offer you a slice of pineapple or a glass of juice. The food offered in the two restaurants we visited (Sea Grill and The Restaurant) is subtle in flavor, but also very fresh and delicious. Favorites were the Taquieza Night (Tuesday) and the Barbeque (Thursday), both offered by the Sea Grill. We did only one off-campus activity, an ATV tour of the desert and the beach. The hotel staff made all the arrangements - we just got into the shuttle and were off on our adventure. The beach goes on for miles and offers great walking and decent running. Runners are limited to the beach or the fitness center. We saw a whale just off the shore - spectacular. You've read about the cost - I'd compare it to a week in a very nice suite on a cruise ship - and I'd choose the Las Ventanas experience over a cruise in a heartbeat. Cannot wait to return.

Fantastic, beautiful, great food and service. Very clean facilities, lovely ocean view. Staff super friendly and attentive. Our room had a jacuzzi at the terrace and a great roof top terrace. The batroom was enormous and comfortable, shower was great. We loved it! Try the "mar y tierra molcajete" at the sea grill restaurant. It is delicious. Very quiet and relaxing place. We will never forget it, can not wait to go back. Breakfast was unbeleivable, great options and good portions. You wiil not regret it.

It doesn't get any better than Las Ventanas! The staff goes above and beyond and always with a friendly smile. The hotel and location are beautiful. Everything was perfect.

Fantastic luxury, rooms, service, food, pools, attention from staff, butlers, maids, chefs, beach location and decor. Be aware however that in late August and early September it is very hot, the sun is ferocious. The beach is very large, long and beautiful, totally pristine, however do not expect to jump in the surf, as the drop off is steep, and the waves and current strong, so its advisable to go to protected bays for swimming. A great, five star luxury experience overall.

My daughter and I were supposed to go to Japan two weeks after the terrible earthquake and tsunami. We switched gears and decided to take a trip to relax. We had both heard good things about Las Ventanas and were lucky enough to be able to book a room on short notice. Everything about the hotel is terrific. A gorgeous setting; lovely facilities; terrific food; a warm and accommodating staff; and access to a myriad of activities. We didn't play golf (three courses are nearby, with one adjacent to the hotel) but we took tennis lessons, my daughter went surfing, we had a private yoga session on the beach, and partook in the terrific spa services on the premises. The swimming pools are beautiful, with varying water temperatures to suit every preference. One of the pools is 40 meters long for lap swimmers. There are a variety of dining options, and we particularly enjoyed the Mexican Guaycura Barbeque with fire dancing on the beach. The butlers outside each group of rooms take care of any and every detail you might need or want. I have traveled quite a bit, and although this hotel is pricey, I can honestly say that this is probably overall the nicest place I have ever stayed.

Beautiful beach, pool, and grounds; and exceptional service

We stayed at Las Ventanas in Cabo. While everything from the room to the food and beverages was expensive, the service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly warm and helpful and the resort itself was beautiful. They went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed. We had a wonderful time on the beach, at the pool, and horseback riding! We are looking forward to going back in the next year.

Just laid at the pool & relaxed

I was absolutely amazed and pleasantly surprised by the quality of service that the staff at Las Ventanas offered. Beautiful resort with unmatched service. Will never go anywhere else when visiting Cabo.
