Very nice property and the staff was great

No restaurants or vending machines open... way too much money for the room for nothing open for food

Older hotel, very nice rooms.

Rear experience

Very nice location, and over hotel was really nice as well. Welcoming, beautifully decored.

I brought my kids and they were so happy. Proximity to Old Town, the park and Sawmill food market made it all very easy.

Beautifully decorated and extremely clean. I loved the idea of texting the front desk with any issues or requests, which reduced face to face contact. The restaurant served the best food and had a great selection of cocktails. I honestly can’t say enough nice things about the entire staff, front desk, gift shop, restaurant and housekeeping, they were all amazing and accommodating.

The way that it was built to look old and historical was beautiful.

Friendly, Secure, and professional Clean! Great location. Worked very well for us during this unsettling time.

To start, unfortunately one of the front desk staff was rude. We had an issue and wanted to talk to the front desk about it. I was cut off every sentence as I let them know what was going on. It is terrible customer service as well as plain bad manners to talk over someone. It felt like we were annoying them and they didn't want to deal with us. Issues we encountered were the sudden temperature changes in the shower where my husband started screaming because the water became scalding hot without warning! The public lobby bathroom plumbing was faulty. The sink would not turn off when I washed my hands which is terrible water waste. Our room keys kept deactivating and we were told it was because kept we kept it by a phone. No we did not. The second time we were told it was because we placed it near a credit card. I'd never heard of that and warning guests of this issue in advance would save everyone time. Perhaps an informative sign if staff forgets to tell guests because this was a nuisance. Our room neighbors didnt seem like they were being overly noisy but the walls didn't offer good sound insulation unfortunately. We ate at the mexican restaurant in the hotel. My husband's food actually came out * kind of * warm. When opening the $18 enchilada meal, the cheese was not even melted so it was clear his food was rushed to the point were it wasn't even cooked. Overall, we will be using other hotel options on any future visits.

Beautiful hotel, very clean. Balcony didn't have a table/chairs to sit outside.

pretty property. beautiful grounds in an otherwise concrete downtown.

We love your hotel! Beautiful decor, patio and lobby. The staff is friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next visit!

Needs some updating but overall was good due to the location being near our son

Absolutely cannot beat the attention and customer service that is provided. Food also was delicious. My only concern was the rooms could use updates.

Lobby and courtyard area were incredible. Fire going in the fireplace was perfect. Close to Old Town.
