We love your hotel! Beautiful decor, patio and lobby. The staff is friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next visit!

Needs some updating but overall was good due to the location being near our son

Absolutely cannot beat the attention and customer service that is provided. Food also was delicious. My only concern was the rooms could use updates.

Lobby and courtyard area were incredible. Fire going in the fireplace was perfect. Close to Old Town.

Great views. Super nice staff. It was my husbands birthday and they brought us chips and salsa and a couple of local beers to the room. The courtyard and pool are gorgeous. The bed was cozy and the curtains let you sleep in. Appreciate a noon checkout time as well. Walkable to lots of good Old Town businesses. Live music, shows, all kinds of goodness.

Location to he Plaza is excellent, plenty of parking. Hot tub is outside, and far away from guest rooms, would be fine in warmer weather, but too cold to use. Fitness center in this hotel is closed, thankfully they let you use the fitness center in the sister hotel next door, but you have to go outside to get there.

Old setting, quaint, memories of old town. said enough if you ever been there

The large room size was perfect for getting ready and the new floors were clean

The rooms were excellent with a great downtown view of the city.

Comfy beds, large room, quiet, and great location. We enjoyed the flamenco tableau which was right in the hotel. The only downside was the shower-poor pressure and unable to moderate temperature.

The hotel is an excellent location and within an easy walk of restaurants etc. the hotel staff are friendly and very good at their jobs. The hotel presents really well throughout. The addition of $20 resort fee payable at check in is ordinary. This fee should be listed on the booking sites as it is not negotiable. We arrived late in the day and left the following morning and used nothing except wifi.
