Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town

Recent guest reviews

We spent 5 days at the Hotel Albuquerque in Old Town, and we really enjoyed the experience. The staff were all friendly, extremely helpful and considerate. At the front desk, Cesar welcomed us and allowed us to check in early, which was such a relief for us as we had taken a very early flight that morning and were exhausted. His professionalism and kindness impressed us from the moment we arrived. At the lovely outdoor restaurant, Leo was our server, and he did a wonderful job taking care of us and making us feel at home. We will never forget how he welcomed us to his town and gave us all sorts of useful information, while at the same time serving us a delicious breakfast - thank you, Leo! In fact, every staff person at the hotel was just as helpful and considerate as we could hope for. The entire trip was wonderful and we would recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Hotel Albuquerque was a very good hotel for the price. Nice entry, very pleasant friendly staff. Room were nice but a little on the small side and beds are tight for 2 people . All in all, would recommend.

Great staff and location in Old Town. Nice hotel with tons of amenities. Nice room with very comfortable beds. They offer 15% discounts on numerous local places. Highly recommend.

Good room great bed very clean would definitely stay there again

Fun, attentive, and super welcoming. The hotel view was amazing. Woke up to hot air balloons in the distanta view.

An ideal location for gathering friends and family to experience the cultural significance of this historic district, enjoying the galleries and shops of Old Town, amid the warm and gracious environment of the Hotel Albuquerque.

We loved the Hotel Albuquerque and would happily stay there again. It was convenient, clean, friendly, comfortable and the access to sights in Old Town was terrific.

This is an older hotel. The outside courtyard is beautiful. The rooms need to be updated. They are clean but outdated.

Beautiful hotel in walking distance of Old Town Albuquerque. Wish we could have stayed more than one night. We had a room on the 8th floor, very clean and cozy, great view.

(MY 2nd STAY) -The rooms were great and well priced. The views of the city is excellent. The only complaint I have is the restaurant, the food/drink prices are on the expensive side. The food presentation and taste is excellent, though too expensive for the area. There are cheaper restaurants near old town that have good food. The bartenders struggle making a memorable drink to compliment the Hotel Albuquerque experience, along with the price-it make you settle for a beer or soda. This city is known for the margaritas and that should be a must to taste at this hotel. I would like to see more local beers and/or mixed drinks. The added addition of Flamenco, is just what someone not familiar with the culture needs to introduce them. Do not stop Flamenco!!!! It was wonderful!

The hotel was very nice, comfortable and a good value. The only problem we had was a lack of hot water in the bathroom sink which was very odd since there was plenty of hot water in the shower. We would stay there again.

Staff were all great. Parking was secure. Hotel was withing walking distance to old town area.

I tried calling room service a couple of times and no one would be pick up the phone

Pillow cases were dirty and had hair on them before we even slept on them. I didn't feel like I was sleeping in a clean room.

The hotel lobby is large and inviting and my reception at midnight was equally inviting. My room was nicely appointed and had a view of the distant mountain.

This was my first trip to New Mexico and I absolutely loved it. The stay at Hotel Albuquerque was quite lovely. The people that worked at the hotel were very personable and very helpful when it came to finding our way around and especially the history of the area. Since my daughter will now be living here I will return and most definitely return to the Hotel Albuquerque. Thanks for a wonderful and memorable visit.

The hotel is in a great location - right in the old town, walking distance to everything. It also has amazing views from the window (ask for as high floor as possible). The room was good, but bathroom was pretty dated. The bath tub was old and worn out. They give you a brochure with a list of restaurants, spas, shops etc where you get a 15% discount as a hotel guest. That was a pleasant bonus to our stay.

We were only there one night passing through. The staff was very experienced and helpful. Thought there was construction happening, we were totally unaware of any noise or disruption. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved this place. Very southwestern style rooms , clean and comfortable. They have limited plugs in the room and that would be the only suggestion.

Worse room 502 next to elevator and ice machine and hotel was no full
