Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town

This is an older hotel. The outside courtyard is beautiful. The rooms need to be updated. They are clean but outdated.

Beautiful hotel in walking distance of Old Town Albuquerque. Wish we could have stayed more than one night. We had a room on the 8th floor, very clean and cozy, great view.

(MY 2nd STAY) -The rooms were great and well priced. The views of the city is excellent. The only complaint I have is the restaurant, the food/drink prices are on the expensive side. The food presentation and taste is excellent, though too expensive for the area. There are cheaper restaurants near old town that have good food. The bartenders struggle making a memorable drink to compliment the Hotel Albuquerque experience, along with the price-it make you settle for a beer or soda. This city is known for the margaritas and that should be a must to taste at this hotel. I would like to see more local beers and/or mixed drinks. The added addition of Flamenco, is just what someone not familiar with the culture needs to introduce them. Do not stop Flamenco!!!! It was wonderful!

The hotel was very nice, comfortable and a good value. The only problem we had was a lack of hot water in the bathroom sink which was very odd since there was plenty of hot water in the shower. We would stay there again.

Staff were all great. Parking was secure. Hotel was withing walking distance to old town area.

I tried calling room service a couple of times and no one would be pick up the phone

Pillow cases were dirty and had hair on them before we even slept on them. I didn't feel like I was sleeping in a clean room.

The hotel lobby is large and inviting and my reception at midnight was equally inviting. My room was nicely appointed and had a view of the distant mountain.

This was my first trip to New Mexico and I absolutely loved it. The stay at Hotel Albuquerque was quite lovely. The people that worked at the hotel were very personable and very helpful when it came to finding our way around and especially the history of the area. Since my daughter will now be living here I will return and most definitely return to the Hotel Albuquerque. Thanks for a wonderful and memorable visit.

The hotel is in a great location - right in the old town, walking distance to everything. It also has amazing views from the window (ask for as high floor as possible). The room was good, but bathroom was pretty dated. The bath tub was old and worn out. They give you a brochure with a list of restaurants, spas, shops etc where you get a 15% discount as a hotel guest. That was a pleasant bonus to our stay.

We were only there one night passing through. The staff was very experienced and helpful. Thought there was construction happening, we were totally unaware of any noise or disruption. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved this place. Very southwestern style rooms , clean and comfortable. They have limited plugs in the room and that would be the only suggestion.

Worse room 502 next to elevator and ice machine and hotel was no full

Really nice if you want to hang around all day long, but you're going to have to pay. We stayed one night, no free coffee nevermind breakfast. Paid as much as $16 for a mixed drink. Small rooms with no ventilation.Mattresses were old. This place is a wolf in sheep's clothing!

Visiting Albuquerque for long weekend to enjoy the high desert and delicious food.

Beautiful hotel with lots of character. Excellent staff, clean rooms, gorgeous atmosphere and outdoor spaces.

Beautiful. Comfortable. Economical. Hotel staff and restaurant staff provide exceptional attention and hospitality. Was there for a large Conference. Hotel can handle it.

This is a comfortable high-rise hotel just outside the quaint Old Town. It's big and comfortable and the lobbies are Southwestern themed. The staff is friendly. It's close enough to Old Town to walk easily (5 minutes), but the walk is all through parking lots, so that could be nicer. They are building another high-rise next to this hotel. That construction might be noisy -- it wasn't an issue during our stay. But certainly it will soon impact the views in one direction.

We came from San Diego to Albuquerque to visit my brother. Hotel Albuquerque was conveniently located and our first choice when it came to deciding where to stay. I would say that Hotel Albuquerque was luxuriously comfortable; our room was spacious, clean and provided many amenities such as coffee, free wifi, a refrigerator and a large bathroom. We slept very well on very comfortable beds. We chose to eat at the hotel restaurant on two evenings. The menu offered a large variety of great Mexican items and the servers went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. The staff at the front desk helped us immensely throughout our stay. They even took group pictures of our family with friends. They also had our boarding passes ready for us the day before we returned home. Frankly, I would say the Hotel surpassed our expectations in every way and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, or recommend it to friends.

The building is nice, but the the rooms are kinda steril and boring. Would have expected nicer for the price.
