The overall property was OK though the property was not overly clean, except the room itself was fine. My biggest warning to any future guests: the walls are paper thin. Be sure to get any unit w/o someone next door. The "guest" next to my unit had their TV on ALL night and were very noisy at times. There was an unused "pass through door" between our units which amplified the noise. So I hardly was able to sleep the entire night. And when I did fall asleep, I woke up to their TV dialogue as if they were in my unit. I didn't complain and just suffered until morning.

The staff was courteous. The room was clean, but is in need of updated amenities (TV, AC unit, etc.). The hotel's location has a large homeless population. Not a place to go for a walk alone.

The staff were super friendly but the room was poor quality. It smelled like it used to be a non-smoking room. It look like the AC control panel was ripped off the wall and no one told me that there was a remote for it. So I was bundled up in my sleeping bag and an extra blanket. I would not stay here again.

This hotel should be old and not well maintained. It is old and stinky. After checking in had to ask for a room change. It was dingy and stinky. We were given another room and it was worse the wood floor was full of dog pee stains. The water from the sink stunk and was unusable. The hotel was constantly visited by homeless people. You didn’t feel safe. We booked a room for Tuesday night, Wednesday and for New Year’s Day but we had to leave and lost one day. The other two days we worked really hard to stay out till very late to ensure we were not in the room. It was a non-refundable booking. The breakfast was not good. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We are still feeling itchiness all over our head and bodies. The staff was friendly and tried to help.
