This place is outstanding if you're on a budget -- I've stayed here twice now. It's close to Old Town. The bed is comfy. And the breakfast is also very good. Staff is nice. There aren't a lot of frills, but it ticks all the boxes.

Location is good. Bed was fine. Floor was filthy. Had to clean it with a wet towel so I could walk on it without getting my feet filthy.

Great value.

Friendly staff; free hot breakfast was great. Appeared room floor was mopped but walked across when wet leaving dirty tracks. Bathroom was clean. Overall, great value.

The bed was comfortable. The staff were kind. The temperature gauge was hard to adjust and tended to blow air continuously directly at the bed. The sink drain smelled really horrible even after I dumped shampoo down the drain. The frig had to be turned on which we did not read about until our sodas did not get cold overnight.

Spent the night during a road trip with my dog. The staff (both evening and morning) were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with very fluffy pillows. The breakfast was great and the location was very close to Old Town Plaza.

We only spent one night and left early, but we did walk 5 or 6 blocks to Old Town for dinner when we got there. There were a few restaurants to choose from as well as shops to look in. The property was fine for our needs we flew in and it was jumping off point for our trip. I had no issues and was pleased to see some of the water conservation choices being made on the property. It was a little noisy, but it was on a very busy street so that's to be expected. We grabbed a muffin to eat on our way out too and that was nice, it got us down the road a ways before we stopped for lunch. I had no contact with staff after checking in.

When we got in room found water in floor where the fridge was unplugged and door open . Called front desk and was told don't use towels in room cro come to front desk and get a rag from him . He should of come to room and seen the problem and move us to another room so it could get cleaned up . We stuck hand towels all in floor in front of the dresser cabinet cause water kept running in floor . The beds were ok but not very comfortable , and the spit unit air conditioning on wall was stuck on 72 degrease. It was very warm in our room for most of the night then turned cold due to finally getting temp on it to go down .

July getaway Texan to New Mexico

Room is clean, you can hear the neighbors and dogs next door barking. You cannot open the curtain because it faces the hallway. The mini fridge froze our yogurt snacks and peaches we had. Really close to Old Town and some good coffee shops, decent breakfast in the lobby. Nice staff and easy free parking.

Nope.

The desk staff was friendly and helpful. At first glance the room looked ok. But, I didn't appreciate the dead bugs in the corner by the floor lamp, the hair in the tub, the shower rug/towel had footprints/shoe prints on it. The water from the sink smelled somewhere between sulphur and sewer. I made the mistake of wetting my toothbrush and it tasted the same. I literally gagged. I used bottle water after that. My trip was short and busy so I really couldn't take the time to fight for a refund and find another room. The pool and hot tub were indoor and just didn't offer a great vibe. I questioned the cleanliness so I didn't use them. I really only needed a bed, fridge, microwave and shower. It did accommodate that. But, I will not be back. Sleep Inn Airport and Sandia Peak Inn both offer quality at around the same price. They will be my go to for an affordable room. Oh!!! And the towels had so much towel lint that when I applied my foundation I could feel the lint! THAT was frustrating. Nice staff. Not a great place to stay.
