Facility is in Okay condition, Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had no issues.
Nice hotel for the price. It doesn't have a pool. I would stay again if I needed to stay in Albuquerque
I had to move to 3 different rooms due to broken equipment, then I was moved into a smoking room and finally into another room. The television was functional but most of the channels did not work. Then the gal at the front desk came back and chastised me because I used a towel in the first room that the AC broke in. Apparently they just gave it to someone else and they complained about a towel being used. The hotel as a whole had a funky smell and there were kids scattered around the lobby throughout the day and evening in just diapers that apparently were kids of the folks that worked there. I would not recommend this hotel!
Didn’t like that it was a smoking/non smoking hotel. It smelled.
The toilet was running constantly. Had to connect handle linkage. Everything in the room needs attention. Carpets in the hallway were fillthy. Take a look for yourself. Sorry to give this report.
I did like the location, it was off the beaten path but not so much that everything I wanted to see wasn't more than 20-30 minutes away.No microwaves in the rooms although there were neat little refrigerators with freezers.
You had a beautiful view of the mountains there in Albuquerque right out the front window
Room was dirty. Had dog hair all over the floor. Shower curtain was black on the bottom. Door safety latch was broken. Blanket had holes in it.
The hotel staff was helpful, prompt and happy. We were also pleased with their local 20% restaurant discount.
Quick overnight. Good location for fast gettaway from ABQ. Clean and comfortable.
Room is ok for one night more then that the room was very small nothing like you see in the picture
Great customer service clean roomquuet. Close to shopping
I would recommend only for a traveler looking for a cheap place next to the interstate. Was a bit noisy but tolerable for the price. No frills here.
Staff did their job, everything else was poor. I didn't stay at the hotel because of the room cost. It was the location, west of the city as I was heading for Sedona the next morning. I was shocked that this was a Wyndham Hotel as it was the cheapest, poorest quality hotel I've ever stayed at. George Howard
Great parking for semi good.rrooms ok breakfast good
The bathtub did not drain as I was showering was standing in my water walls are not very sound proof
I have to say that i have stayed at way better MicroTel Suites. This location was not to expectations. Dirty and big need of a renovation! There was no pool or hot tub like most MicroTels. The customer service was not the best that it could be, rude customer service.
This hospital was priced moderately. However, the location of the Hotel was situated next to a very busy truck stop, truck wash, and a 24 hour adult book store was situated directly in front of the facility. Nothing like stepping out with a cup of coffee to overlook the view of Albuquerque and see people coming and going from this establishment. With several children around it was upsetting. I understand that there was no visible activity, but who knows what happens in that parking lot. If you choose to use this facility, make sure you stop and get basic amenities as there is no shampoo in the room. If you need a hair dryer, you must check the hair dryer out from the front desk. The clocks in the room do not work properly and the alarm could not be set in either room we had rented. Since we did not have an alarm clock that worked, we asked that the front desk give us a 0430 wake up call. Call was finally received at 0545. Way to be on the ball. The room was fairly clean, but did not have a pleasant smell. The bed was very comfortable and pillows were adequate. High speed internet access was dependable and provided quality speed.
Very friendly, efficient and helpful front desk employees. Easy to locate. Quite Rooms.
Be careful about what you are booking at a Microtel. We thought, based on the ad, that the room had a microwave and a coffee maker. It didn't even have a hairdryer! We were told upon check-in that those amenities are only available in the "suites". But I guess for $59 a night we should be happy. The room was clean and comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Unfortunately this place was located right next to a large truck stop and was fairly noisy at night. But, the location, right off I40 was pretty good. Overall, it didn't detract from our stay but next time I'll look for a better location or book my "suite" on the south side of the building.
