The hotel was so/so. It seems to cater to events rather than families or business. The entry door near our room was broken and completely open 24/7. The bed was 'well-used' and you rolled into the middle. It was clean, but crumbling: cracks in the trim, stained carpet, trash in the hallways... The breakfast was underwhelming.

I would like to request a refund because of the horrible experience we just had at the Ramada Plaza in Albuquerque. I took photos of the dilapidated room that I can share. We were charged $100 for our pet for 1 night, the hotel is pet friendly. We rented this room in the hotel alongside the highway on our trip from TX to Nevada. Easy access, right? The place and the hotel did not feel secure, there were questionable characters around the hotel and the people on the front desk were very rude. Please respond to our request for our money back. This hotel does not belong in Expedia.

The bathroom was old and needs updating. The balcony sliding glass door did not lock and I told the front office and she said they have guard rails on the curtains. They didn’t on this room. There was a lot of people walking around and I didn’t feel safe. The continental breakfast was not available during the time I was told. I barely got a little cup of coffee and had to wait and ask for creamer because it was all gone. This was the worst hotel I stayed at and I didn’t feel safe.

We did have to change rooms cause the toilet seat was broke off. The breakfast was horrible the biscuits was hard as roch the gravy was cold . The muffin has a bad after taste. They don't wantvyou bring your food up in your room. The breakfast staff is rude.

The front desk staff could not located my reservation and insisted that I didn't have one. I had emails, confirmation number, text messages from you and I could show her the hotel had called me that morning - to no avail. I got eye rolls, a big fat "geez" and lots of attitude. Another employee, who was just hanging out because her computer was frozen, eventually decided to step in and show her where to find my reservation. They told me the problem was that I had done a pre-checkin. I was glad to hear I was the problem - not.

Nothing s good about this property, the hotel is very outdated and not very clean. The room hey provided had stains on the carpet, the bathroom shower and sink had mold and loose caulking all around and not cleaned properly. The furniture in the rooms were very scratched up and the door to the tv cabinet was falling off. The curtains were dirty and falling off there hooks. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The pool was cloudy and the pH was way off. All the equipment in the gym was broken panhandlers out in front of the hotel Lobby the carpets were dirty the toilet and the room didn't flush fully. Was just a really nasty property would not recommend
