Easy to find. Friendly staff. Lady at front desk was nice. Loved her hair.

Awesome at check out. I didnt get his name, but he totally helped me out. After traveling with 2 restless kids he got me checked in quick.

Room was clean. Check in and check out at the front desk was fast and efficient. However, the bar/restaurant was severely understaffed, resulting in slow and sometimes no service. They were unable to cope with the volume of guests.

The swimming pool. The place was not clean. Neither they will clean, only pick up towels, trash and made beds.

Quick check in for the chaos. Room was nice. AC was noisy but worked well.

The room was dirty when we arrived. Food and urine in the bathroom, tabletoos dirty and stained in the main rooms. Bed appeared clean. Management said they would send someone up and offered us a complimentary dinner for the inconvenience (couldnt discount it bc we booked through Orbitz). After waiting 1.5 hours for dinner in the bar, the room still wasnt clean. The maid had come up and wiped the table and left. Still urine and food in the bathroom. Manager was MIA and staff said they didnt know who we spoke with and no manager on duty. Another maid came up to clean the bathroom after about another hour. Didnt speak English but sprayed the toilet and wiped the sink off at least. So overall we couldnt use our bathroom for 3.5 hours from checkin time. Breakfast was poor and sit-down. Also you had to have a "ticket" to enter. No grab and go. Next morning, the complaints fell on deaf ears to the new manager. They really dont care and will use every excuse to avoid responsibility. I didnt know that it could be done this poorly. Horrible representative of ABQ and their hospitality.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was helpful. The shuttle service offered by hotel was convenient.

It’s an average hotel, clean and good price. It is worth booking.

Hotel is old and not as described in pictures. Paid way too much!

Convenient, clean...but the sheets and towels were anything but soft and the bed was lumpy.

Great staff at check-in and hotel restaurant/bar. Good food at restaurant/bar.

Room was clean. Bathroom was not cleaned to my expectations. The towels were old, dingy and thin and the toilet was running all night until my husband got up to adjust the valve.

Nice clean room and bathroom. Good froendly staff.

Nice clean room big hotel nice spa and really quiet..nice staff

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, despite the overall favorable reviews. This was not in a great area of town and as we drove in I worried a bit about leaving the car overnight in the parking lot. We were placed in an accessible room (we did not request it) and the shower head was broken, so we had to move rooms. The staff was nice about moving us right away, but they were clearly overwhelmed by an utterly full hotel. Because the hotel is so huge, this was a pain in the butt to move, especially after having driven for about twelve hours that day. The new room was better in that the shower worked, but the room was dirty, and in fact, we wore our shoes because the carpet was so filthy. The room smelled, there were pubic hairs in the bathroom, and we felt apprehensive about getting into the bed. We both felt like our skin was crawling when we did. We had to turn the AC off (it was 98 degrees outside when we arrived) because it was so noisy and it kept us from falling asleep. The refrigerator was also very noisy and I had to unplug it. I have stayed in a lot of crappy hotels/motels in my life, but I paid a cheap fare and I knew what I was in for. In this case, they wanted $110 a night, it had the Wynn named on it (so I expected better based on previous experience) - it should have been $59 at best. The staff was nice and should not be dinged in this review as it was not their fault that there hotel was terrible. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I have had in a hotel.

Older hotel for sure. The check in process was great. The room looks dated and old. Not the best location. Towels are old and hard. Bathroom was clean but run down. It was fine for 1 night.

When I first entered I was disappointed. The halls had a horrible spoiled milk smell. Fortunately, i only noticed it on the first day of my 4 day stay. The room was great, the bed was amazing.
