Has hoped a la quinta would be up to standards, but this one is much closer to a motel 6

When we arrived at the hotel they didn’t have the room we reserved. So he gave us an upgraded room with a mini fridge and microwave. At an up graded price. We are going to talk to the manager tomorrow and see if they will honor the original price. But other than that the room was ok for one night.

Very pet friendly. Comfortable beds. Nice service.

Good price. Awful breakfast.

The property was ok, the breakfast was only poor. The staff was not helpful when I needed help with the card key entrance. The room was very far from the desk, had to walk outdoors in the cold a distance and I am an elderly woman traveling alone .

Budget but clean rooms

It is an average hotel. But the price was good so you can’t expect too much. It’s been updated done but it still seems dated. The light switch was broken and the curtains were torn.

They would not let us check in bc I used my orbitz points and the last 4 of my credit card did not match. But they I didn't use a credit card it was my points. I think the system generated some different number. They literally told us they couldn't help us. Also it looked like human feces in the parking lot. So busted

Had been recently remodeled so was in great shape, close to everything and a great price

Although everything seemed functional, our room was very outdated. The room was clean. Tile had been repaired with construction glue instead of grout. The carpet was worn. The toilet rocked side to side during use. There was only 30" between the shower and door, where the toilet is placed. Electrical outlets were not placed conveniently. There were no USB outlets. I've paid $75.00 for a similar room and this room was $270. Although this was during Balloon Fiesta, for what we got, the price was unreasonable. It's hard to tell on a website the condition of a property.

Did not know motel was undergoing remodeling. Lot of workers running around. Over all - OK.

Dated but room very clean

The facility was fine for the price point, they are renovating this property, so there was old furniture and beds in the parking lot. Our unit was already renovated, so it was nice and clean, staff was friendly. No breakfast do to COVID restrictions, Just coffee and juice.

Breakfast was included which was nice, but due to covid it was all prepackaged foods and plastic utensils which felt like it created a lot of trash.

I like the easy access location

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, clean areas to walk dogs, breakfast, and close to our event

Thank you for your feedback. How you paid for your room through the the 3rd party the hotel is not part of that transaction and would not have any of that information. We do require a credit card at check in that will authorize for our 50 deposit. The credit card must have the guest name imprinted on the card and must match the ID.
