Hyatt Place Albuquerque Airport

The stay was great, the staff were nice and the rooms were comfortable.

Traveling for a sporting event. Just an overnight stay. And it was perfect. Close proximity to the airport and the arena of the event I was attending. Free shuttle to & from all the places I needed to go to and be picked up from.

Everything in this hotel was dirty. The room, the lobby, the breakfast area.

The hotel is very convenient to the airport. Unfortunately, my room was dirty. THe bedspread had a stain, and the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. Unacceptable.

The room was large and comfortable, with a sitting area. The shower had good water pressure, and the airport shuttle got me there in under five minutes for my morning flight. All in all fine. It totally served its purpose for me. Breakfast was so-so, though the coffee was good and relatively strong. Small irritations: slow wifi, food offerings that bore no relation to the website, no hotel/local area information notebook in the room, mostly analog tv, no bathtub. There is absolutely nothing to do around there. I ended up ordering delivery dinner via grubhub -- a mistake. On another trip I'd use the courtesy shuttle or Uber to go somewhere.

Best value in town. Clean, comfortable bed, nicely appointed, and best off all the room was so quiet!

This is an excellent near the ABQ airport. There is nothing to do nearby if you don't have a car but the rooms are spacious and pleasant. Service is excellent.

The room was very spacious and clean rooms. Hotel was very close to the airport in a quiet area.

Wifi was supposed to be included for free but was so slow pages wouldn't load. When I talked to the front desk they told me it was usually slow when they were sold out. Also none of our phones worked and nobody came to repair them during our two night stay even after we complained. Breakfast food was mediocre and we were left waiting for utensils to be washed after we played our food.

Clean room, comfy bed, nice shower, beautiful view of Albuquerque from the 6th floor. I was happy with everything. The clerk was rude upon check in but it was late and balloon fiesta week so maybe it had been a long day. Overall I'd stay again.

Very nice hotel, I was there for 4 nights, the breakfast was pretty decent, I stuck with the cottage cheese. They had nice selection of teas.

We really enjoyed out stay at the Hyatt. Always do. Very clean and the staff is helpful about local information. Only issue this time was the matress was a little soft. That wouldn't keep us from returning.

We had to cut our trip 1 day short due to a relative being placed in hospice care and neither the Hyatt or Orbitz would do anything for us, we had to pay full price for an unused room. Hyatt Place blamed Orbitz and Vice Versa, but neither would step up and do the right thing.

worried about having a room right next to the elevators, but other than a little hum when working you could barely hear them. Would only suggest more toiletries and a couple of bottled waters in the room.

Very convenient location. Also the shuttle took us to the downtown railway station in the morning. Everyone was very helpful and there was a breakfast provided.

The hotel is great the location is good if you are flying out or driving south. Far from the shopping center

Very nice rooms, clean and spacious. The breakfast had a good selection and was very tasty.

Awesome experience, would be perfect only if the room had a microwave oven.

First time ever staying at a Hyatt and had the best experience ever. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. My room was great! Breakfast was amazing not your normal boring cereal and bagels. Highly recommend

Really nice breakfast included, however eggs might not be fresh. Might be from powder. Can't be sure but they just didn't have the fresh egg look. Everything else was great. Rooms were big and bed was very comfortable.
