Normally Hyatts are reliably above average but management and staff could do a better job of basic upkeeping of the lobby and community areas. Throughout the day the front desk staff acts like they cant be bothered to refill the lobby water, they provide creamer and sugar and coffee supplies but no coffee, they provide tea but no hot water. They provide a microwave for guests to warm up their own food and it doesnt even work properly unless you unplug it and plug it back in. Also its straight up filthy and clearly the staff doesnt care. They charge $10/day for parking and i saw the tow truck at least once cruising the lot so they will tow. Wasnt impressed with this hyatt.

The room is nice with the couch sitting area. The only thing we experienced out of the ordinary was that the automatic door at the entrance makes a loud screetching sound and the elevator also makes some sketchy noises also.

Felt like family.
The Hyatt Place was a wonderful stay. The customer service we received was spectacular. There was a woman who had the best attitude and said hello to everyone. We truly felt so special with her. She served the breakfast and was just the most helpful person. She and the others made our stay extra special. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had to download and fill in an app to pay for our parking at the site. No bar food available except meat in a bun and fries. Wine was supposed to be complimentary but charged. One staff did suggest we walk down the hill to a new restaurant; we did and not yet finished. We walked back up the hill.

It was certainly better than the Hilton and Wyndham brand hotels in AZ, CA, NV, and UT where I stayed. The room was spacious, but the bed could have been more comfortable. The bathroom was large and clean. As for the pick-up instruction from the airport, I had to go the Hyatt Place website as there wasn't one on the Hotels.com. You should consider including it on your site, so that it is easier for your customers and the hotel guests.

This property advertised that they had a restaurant and bar which was one of the reasons we chose to stay there at both ends of our week long trip. On both April 4 and April 10 we were told after checking in that "due to a technical problem" there was no dining or bar. This was a problem for us as we"re in our 80s and were tired at the end of a very long travel day but had to go out to find a restaurant.

Good stay! Happy with my stay, however, as an elderly couple we had difficulty getting up from the sofa because it was so low. The bed mattress was worn forming a depression and a natural rolling off hazard. The toilet was too low making it difficult to sit and get up. I requested a handicap accessible room, but one wasn’t available. I wish Queen Double beds were available.
