Hotel was nice. The two interactions with the front desk were not great. They did not receive my booking from Orbitz so the check in process was a mess and now I have to hope they refund the money they charged to my card since they couldn’t see I already paid through Orbitz. No complaints about the hotel itself, just not a fan of the customer service

Stayed for one night and it was good. Hotel could use an uplift. Room was kind of dirty but was ok, maids need to clean the tub mat because there was hair stuck to it, only thing that was gross, bed was ok. Noise level was good, just had kids running around on the top floor. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly. Oh! Even though it had free parking on the Expedia website, they do charge $10 a day for parking.
