For some reason my room was a handicap equipped room-not sure why. It was clean but laid out kinda weird. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would I stay there again-for the price yes but at the regular rate no. The decor is dated-lots of dark browns and grays. This is the first time I stayed at Hyatt.

The staff were excellent and professional our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only reason I rated one (1) star because the people who stayed across from us were talking until 11:00 p.m. They rented multiple rooms and it seemed they all decided to meet up in one room and we're very loud. We couldn't sleep comfortably. Not sure if we'll stay here again.

Great location . Front desk were great. We left the hotel at 4:00am to catch 6:00am flight . They were on top of it with hot coffee ready to go. The one negative was the mattress . They need to replace it. I could tell it was a good quality mattress but it has been overused. It had a dip in it and neither my husband or could get any sleep.

The mattresses were so soft and the underspring so weak, my wife and I slid to the center, there was a loud "Boing!" and the framw was tilted, and we're not big people. The control pannel for the one elevator that worked was loose and tempremental. Overall, I had the impression of a cheap owner who underestimated the least upkeep he could get away with. The bannanas at breakfast were all badly bruised all over. The fact that this place exists under the Hyatt banner at all will keep me from staying at a "Hyatt Place" branded hotel ever again.

The facility and staff were great. The bed was a little too soft for me but very comfortable. The room was very nice. The breakfast kept it form having 5 stars. It was the usual fair of eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal and stuff. It could have had a better selection for coffee, sweeteners, and creamer.
