For some reason my room was a handicap equipped room-not sure why. It was clean but laid out kinda weird. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would I stay there again-for the price yes but at the regular rate no. The decor is dated-lots of dark browns and grays. This is the first time I stayed at Hyatt.

Stayed at this hotel for a quick nights rest traveling across the country. The hotel bed was the WORST bed I’ve ever slept in. I weigh under 120 pounds and when I laid in the bed I sank in the bed as there was no firmness at all. Also there was hair and crumbs in the bed. Moments later I was itching around my ankles, which is a sign of bed bugs. I absolutely would not stay at this hotel and spend a couple extra bucks on a different hotel.

Someone brought us a pack 'n play crib right away for the baby. And later brought some regular bed sheets because all of the Crib sheets had been stolen by previous users. We wondered why the thiefs hadn't been charged for the appropriated sheets, since we had to give a $50 deposit for the crib. But we made do wirh the large sheets. Everything else was great!

The shower rod was loose which caused water to get on the floor. The television would freeze and we had to turn it on and off four times before it worked properly. The breakfast was decent but it wasn’t replenished quickly. Had to ask staff for multiple items. However, the staff were extremely nice.

From the moment of our are at check in the young lady helping us was so unfriendly! Never even said what room we were in or tell us how to get to it. I had to ask her. Came down and asked for coffee she didn’t think I could see her but she sighed and rolled her eyes. She pointed to the breakfast area and said “ there’s some over there” I went there was none. I asked if I could have some and she clearly let me know with her body language that she didn’t want to. Then a co- worker mentioned that they only serve coffee in the morning that I had asked for something that isn’t normally given. We came down to get something to eat and we ordered two Cesar salads. One with chicken one without. The salad without came with dressing and about 7 small croutons. I asked if it came with Parmesan cheese she said they ran out. She charged me full price and on top of that I paid for gratuity on both items when nothing special was done. I was very disappointed in her service. I would not stay if she was helping.
