Everything about Hyatt Pl., Albuquerque is five out of five. The rooms are large and with the sofa and writing desks in the rooms, it feels like you have separate sleeping and relaxing spaces. Breakfast is top-notch, and staff is very helpful.

Well...not happy that thier shuttle service stops at midnight since car rentala also close at midnight and flights didtn/don't get in til after midnight! And we are not Uber people....also their heat/ac thermostat doea NOT allow you control hardly anyway to accommodate one, unless you are up and about all nught it is sensor actuvated , needs some uogrades! We have stayed ther for hears and always been pleased but there are a few things that need twnding! Staff is friendly and try to help but aome is out of their control!

Person at the front desk was very friendly and very efficient! We left for a bit and she even welcomed us back when we arrived again. The room was comfortable, clean, and it was quiet.

Stay was just ok. Very convenient area but room seemed a bit run down. Carpet and couch you could see the wear and tear. Had issues with the room heater, slept in a cold room for most of the stay but didn’t want to make an issue about it to the front desk.
