Was the Rail Road hospital at one time, really nice place. Would stay again

I was impressed with the property overall. Nice ambiance. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The 4th floor lounge could use some improvement. Lounge staff were pleasant but not very customer service oriented. Service was very very slow for an empty lounge. Food was ok. I would stay at the Hotel Parq Central again.

Hotel Parq Central is the best place to stay in Albuquerque.

Lovely facilities and mostly friendly staff. I've stayed here several times and can say that the property and staff (especially related to food) are beginning to feel the strain of the popularity of the hotel. Waits for food at the Apothecary on the weekend were long. Coffee service depleted quickly, loud noise from DJ/wedding guests.

The room was clean and beautiful. We upgraded to a suite, which put us on a corner room of the top floor. We didn't hear a peep from anyone else in the hotel, it was super quiet. We had drinks at the Apothecary lounge, which has a great view, delicious food, and an awesome happy hour. Breakfast in the morning was great with some of the best pastries I've had in a long time. We love treating ourselves to a night here from time to time, it is easily our favorite place in town!

Historic feel with beautiful architecture, amazing views and exceptional service from all staff.

The hotel is as pictured online. Very comfortable bed. Free continental breakfast. Only issue was rude receptionist about my ESA dog. Pets are welcome with a $75 fee. Receptionist was very disrespectful.

Lovely Hotel in Beautifully Renovated Historic Building. Great Breakfast.Friendly Staff.

Beautiful hotel, lovely gardens, nice staff, and clean rooms with comfortable beds. I love this historic quality the property has, and is in a great location close to lots of great restaurants and activities.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We were greeted by a very sweet and professional staff member, and given a tour of the building along with some history on it. By the time we got to our room we were just so excited to have found the place. It was beautiful, quiet, comfortable, almost like we were staying at someone's house. We're hoping to come back next month, we are so impressed and excited to have this hotel in our city.

Great place to spend time in. Beautiful outdoor patios and garden. The rooftop bar is top notch. Next to freeway but not noisy at all. Have never heard the freeway. Breakfast has a great variety and very tasty. Worth staying in.

Nice hotel. Very clean, which is a MUST on our list. Upscale, modern, quiet. Very accomodating when we asked for specific room requests.
