It was very basic. I really liked the small pillows.

Simple but not fancy.... It was close to downtown and activities. Just down the street is a Starbucks, grocery store, Einstein’s bagels, &other restaurants which was convenient. $220 for a 4th of July weekend was a good deal too. The rooms were simple but clean. There were mostly families there for Independence Day weekend and I didn’t see any unsavory characters. The front desk staff happily recommended some local places and activities which turned out well. But, the adjacent room’s bathroom fan was LOUD. It sounded like an air raid siren. My kids and I were jolted awake from it and we thought we were preparing for an emergency. My room key needed to be reactivated twice which was a little inconvenient but the front desk staff immediately took care of it. The pool was clean, but there’s nothing decorative about the area. It could use some potted trees, prettier patio furniture or something to spruce it up. The building’s facia has chipped paint next to the pool which contributed to the slightly drab appearance. There’s breakfast in the morning in the lobby which consisted of a do it yourself waffle maker which my kids liked. There were bagels, fruit and cereal also. Again, not fancy, but simple and ok. The seating area is small, but it kind of lent itself to a family meal environment because we shared the limited syrup and people spoke with each other. It was a nice unintended side effect. Not much for snacks, just a vending machine in the lobby.

Room was to be non smoking but reaked of smoke. Road noise was soo bad they had earplugs in the room to help you drown out the truck and motorcycle noise.room was once a handcapt room, shower was unclean. Coffee pot was not working. Bed was very comfortable.

Price at checkout was more expensive than what was quoted through Orbitz.

I will start by saying I am partial to La Quinta's. The Albuquerque airport property was mostly clean and parking was sufficient. The property was pleasantly quiet during our stay. I love that La Quinta caters to pet owners. The room was very clean although the bathroom was extremely small and needed a few minor repairs including replacing a severely rotted door stop, peeling paint over dark spots in the bathroom and the AC kept turning off before reaching the temp setting. The bathtub faucet also appeared to be separated from the wall, but worked fine. The bathroom fan was severely under powered and even quick, warm showers were saunas. The towels and washcloths were very fresh and clean. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty channels from which to choose on tv. I do wish there was a small refrigerator in the room. All in all, everything worked well and we enjoyed our stay. The listed negatives were mostly cosmetic and didn't really have much of an impact. I would absolutely stay here again.

Close to the airport and had a pool. Also walking distance to restaurants.

clean and close to airport & restaurants. would be nice to have a refridgerator in room.

Came in late and had to leave early. Needed a clean, convenient hotel. This is the place. Pleasant night manager checked us in. Had a choice of Elevator or ramps to third floor room (the entire site has a series of ramps to make it accessible). A/C worked well. Clean bath area, lots of towels, hot shower and comfy bed. Next day, choice of cereal, muffins, biscuits and/or hard boiled egg. This place checked all the boxes. Would stay here again.

I like the location of the property. You have Fuddruckers and Applebees within a block of the hotel. A golf course within 3/4 mile. I like the room, the beds were good, the bathroom for as old as the hotel did not have any black caulk around the tub/shower. What I did not like is the effort by the cleaning people references vacuuming the carpeting. When I first arrived and went into the room I found a plastic fork and food between both beds clearly visible on the carpeting. I also noted a Q tip clearly visible along the wall by the nightstand. The manager over the cleaning crew needs to step up the quality checks of the cleaning crew. For the price its a good deal, if the cleaners cleaned the carpet in the rooms the way they should it would be an excellent deal.

Room access was very limited as far as entrances and exits.

It was right where we needed to be as far as location. The room was comfortable. We were only there one night so don't have too much of an opinion.

Bathroom was so dirty. There was a poop or blood all over the toilet seat. There was a hair in the toilet bowl. We checked in after midnight and had to get a new room.

My room faced a major roadway that kept me awake all night.

Staff is very attentive and thoughtful. From maids, check-in staff to the manager, all were helpful.

It was really Noisy facing Gibson street there were no refrigerator

Staff was excellent. Room was very comfortable. Loved the cucumber water in the lobby.
