House keeping didn’t come to clean during our stay, there was people making noises at 4am in front of the property, checking lady needs training in order to make guests feel welcome.

Property was average, however, the bathrooms need upgrade. The toilet was the smallest one I have ever seen in a hotel. The breakfast was not well stocked at all and what was there was taken by people in mass quantities and put in bags or backpacks. The staff saw it but would not do anything about it. So much for that perk.

The only problem we had was that there were no bath towels when we arrived, but the front desk staff brought us up some within about 10 minutes of us calling to let them know. Breakfast was *much* better than I expected for a motel in this price range. The bed was comfortable and the room wasn't cramped. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing unique about the hotel. The location was isolated with no restaurants in the area. Poor shuttle service hours. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good and consistent/

The location is not very accessible to one without a vehicle.

Older but nice facilities. Great view of skyline but no place to walk to for dinner, etc.

Great people great place easy to find. Room's are clean and comfortable

The room I booked through your service was cheaper because it was a basement room near the grungy storage rooms etc. This should have been made clear. The price was right and I probably would have taken the basement anyway but I'd rather do it knowing what I'm getting into

As hotel breakfasts go it was a good one! Variety and well attended to

My first room was so dirty I had to ask for a new one. The staff I spoke to was friendly and promptly switched me. The new room was clean. The next morning, housekeeping kept knocking and knocking despite the Do Not Disturb sign. They told me I was supposed to be checked out. Apparently there was a computer issue that didn’t save my room switch. Overall I was pretty annoyed. The hotel was run down and not very nice. But, it was also only $40 a night so I kept reminding myself of that and overall thought it was worth it because it was much cheaper than the alternatives!

Better hotel than the price suggested. Ive stayed @ more expensive & got less for my money. Kids especially liked the pool/hot tub!

This hotel is my Albuquerque stop hotel! The place is old, but very clean, comfortable, close to the University and downtown. The best part is very cheap! Would recommend to stay here!

Convinent to what we were doing. Parking was a little tight.

The front staff concierge clerk(afternoon/night shift make worker with glasses) wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. I asked for more towels at the pool and was told to come get them myself. There wAs an air filter grate hanging over the pool not secured properly. The tub faucet wouldn’t shut off all the way while the shower was running. Room had a weird piece of wall not secured all the way. Very noisy from freeway you can hear cars I was on first floor. Basement level seemed a lot more quieter. Breakfast was great and staff during day were very friendly

Comfortable stay, however hotel is old and it shows in the cleanliness and smell. No parking.

I am sorry you got the basement room. We do not put our guest down in the basement because they paid a cheaper rate. It was Probably because we had no other rooms left, for the type of room you booked. We hope you come back and give us another chance
