I've stayed here before and liked it. This trip was awful. The hotel is run down, feels snd looks ditty. Wouldn't give extra towels. Were all out of extra blankets. There was mold in the shower. No screen on the sliding door. It was by far disgusting.

For the price the room was EXCELLENT!!!! Refrigerator in the room made the price awesome! I stayed in $149 rooms that didn’t have a fridge. Location is quiet!

So when I was checking in I specifically asked the guy at the front desk if this was a smoke free hotel just to be sure since I have a newborn baby & it is indoor, he confirmed, then I get to the room assigned to me & it reeked of smoke like it was not only smoked in but smoked in with no attempt to cover it up & I am a smoker do if I could smell it like that it was bad. Then I had made a mistake when booking my days. I had accidentally booked 4 dayd instead of the 7 days that I needed without ever realizing it, until that day I had been gone doing laundry, when I came back at 4 I went to go get my key reprogrammed and was notified. Josh at the front desk refused to let me pay for the remaining 3 days and told me I had 30 minutes to get out or someone would escort me out when I had told him I had a lot of things so it would take me a bit, I also had my newborn with me.

It was clean and neat, price was very good, breakfast was great!! and open until 9:30. So many shut down at 9:00. It is an older building so the sliding doors were a little noisy, but we got good sleep. Comfortable bed. We felt safe and did not worry about our car.

The night clerk is rude. He walked away in the middle of a conversation. He didn't care about helping us after driving 9 hours. We had to call ORBITZ for help.

The hotel was clean, and looked updated. The location was dirty and run down around the hotel. The worst thing was the people in the next room fighting, and yelling at 2 and 3am.

Hotel was centrally located and close to freeways. Breakfast ...great selection and saved us over $100....Staff friendly and very helpful. Room pricing was great! Would stay there again:-)

Likes the breakfast and gym staff was very helpful

Everything and everyone wonderful! ! Great breakfast included in room rate.

It was great!. Prices, staff, breakfast; it was a wonderful 1 night stay!

+Price was good, nice indoor pool, nice breakfast for the price, room comfortable -Small parking spaces, empty beer cans and cigarette buds on grounds, unwelcoming, matter-of-fact desk and breakfast staff

The property was hard to get to and the pool was very cold

Parking was limited and very tight. I had to literately squeeze out of my car in between the two cars I parked next to.

The hall ways are a bit dreary, otherwise everything is fine

Modern and up to date rooms. The king bed was very comfortable and you could tell it was new. The room was clean. Only thing it was missing was towel hooks in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly. There was a complimentary breakfast that had plenty of options available. They had a shuttle that would pick up within A certain radius, which included Downtown and Old Town. The onlywe downside is that it dwas between 11:00am-7:00pm and it would be nice if the hours were extended. Hotel was in walking distance (1-2 miles) to Downtown and Old Town. I would definitely stay here again.
