I left a little garbage in the room and on the balcony. I smoked cigarettes on the balcony but never in the the room. I moved a desk to prop my feet on while i watched tv. This prompted the hotel to keep my $100 dollar deposit which i never had returned. Businesses like this will use any excuse to keep your deposit. Great experience otherwise

Not staying here again.

Our room was not ready when we arrived. There was no parking. Lines to check in at midnight were long. The shower had no curtain, no soap, no shampoo or conditioner. The place is really run down and not clean. The part of town is also sketchy.

Jacuzzi and breakfast were both excellent. Linens were clean. Large dead cockroach under bathroom sink. Was told at check-in they were planning a 5 million dollar renovation- it can't happen soon enough!

Over charged stay n poor service

Motel 505 charged me three times the damage cost for a two night stay and I’m still waiting patiently for the refund. I asked for my room to be cleaned and it never happened. Once you reserve a stay, it is non-refundable.

It just needs cleaning around the prop like around the view area. Alot of trash in the trees also a better landscape in area and parking lines . Overall everything in building is nice .
