I liked the view and room especially when it has been sanitized.

Obviously there is a lot going on right now. But considering all these factors, the hotel did not appear to be any cleaner than a regular stay. We stayed in a couple other hotels on our trip and they seem to be taking extra measures to protect visitors as well as making them feel more comfortable. The staff was not overly informative and did not seem to want to engage (understandably). They may have mentioned that WiFi & parking were additional. Also, we ordered some food and it took awhile and was missing some things we ordered. I don’t want to sound too much like Karen, so I’ll leave it at that. Overall, unfortunately, Double Tree would not be my first choice next time.

This place is beautiful. Rooms are great and nice location downtown. Only dislike was a 16 dollar charge to park in an open parking lot right in front of the place. No valet or anything just 16 dollars to park for some unknown reason.

It was a great location. However, it was difficult to enjoy the view since the windows were the dirtiest of any hotel stay I've ever had.

The carpet in the room looks like it may be changed in the near future. Staff is amazing. Overall, a good stay.

Didn't know till we got there that we had to pay for parking

The property was conveniently located to my conference cite. The underground tunnel facilitated mobility between cites.

Beautiful property, pretty, clean rooms and friendly staff.

Very helpful and friendly staff members at the front desk.

everything fine, except internet connection was unreliable

Toilet in room didn’t flush properly. Despite staying multiple days the room was not vacuumed.

We didn’t check in until 11pm got to our room to find it hadn’t been cleaned. The next room we got the shower handle was broken and wouldn’t stay at a hot temperature. The staff was very accommodating and polite.

The Double Tree in Albuquerque is one of the best hotels we've stayed. The service and the attention to detail was wonderful.

We loves Toas! The lodge was very nice and clean room. Great location.

Being new to travel in Albuquerque I didn’t know if staying downtown was a good or bad idea. First, the hotel charges $12 a day for parking. Secondly, We were advised not to walk about after dark. Third, I saw a homeless person trying to charge his phone via the lobby computers. Lastly, it’s an old, trying-to-look-new hotel. The pool is a joke. The bathroom is dated and small.

This isn't like other Double Trees - it's pretty dirty, there are flys everywhere around the food. Our room was not clean when we checked in, floor has clearly not been vacuumed, old coffee in the coffee maker, spilled coffee on the bathroom floor, towels that had stains on it. The staff tried to be as helpful as possible. It's also 12 bucks for parking and it's not like their in some major city - also the location of the hotel is not that great - it's in a remote area of downtown.

Not very happy! we did not get there till late 11:30pm come to find out the air conditioning was broke and was miserable. called down to front desk the next morning and sent a ground keeper up to fix but they had no idea what to do. I would like some kind of a refund for the poor hotel. The staff said they could not reimburse me for any of it.
