Great hotel, not a lot of things in the area but easy enough to get a taxi to all the local attractions.
Excellent
Staff was very friendly.
Great location, clean rooms and common areas, and attentive and thoughtful staff. Hindered business because the hotel wouldn't provide new employees with a cash drawer at the coffee stand, plus some facilities (pool) shut down "for the season" without indicating that in advance.
Flies in Room. Water pressure in shower would be low flow to no flow. Literally stop and go at times.
I liked the view and room especially when it has been sanitized.
Obviously there is a lot going on right now. But considering all these factors, the hotel did not appear to be any cleaner than a regular stay. We stayed in a couple other hotels on our trip and they seem to be taking extra measures to protect visitors as well as making them feel more comfortable. The staff was not overly informative and did not seem to want to engage (understandably). They may have mentioned that WiFi & parking were additional. Also, we ordered some food and it took awhile and was missing some things we ordered. I don’t want to sound too much like Karen, so I’ll leave it at that. Overall, unfortunately, Double Tree would not be my first choice next time.
This place is beautiful. Rooms are great and nice location downtown. Only dislike was a 16 dollar charge to park in an open parking lot right in front of the place. No valet or anything just 16 dollars to park for some unknown reason.
It was a great location. However, it was difficult to enjoy the view since the windows were the dirtiest of any hotel stay I've ever had.
The carpet in the room looks like it may be changed in the near future. Staff is amazing. Overall, a good stay.
Didn't know till we got there that we had to pay for parking
The property was conveniently located to my conference cite. The underground tunnel facilitated mobility between cites.
Beautiful property, pretty, clean rooms and friendly staff.
Very helpful and friendly staff members at the front desk.
everything fine, except internet connection was unreliable
