We really liked that it was within walking distance of the plaza. It was clean, quiet and fairly priced. All staff were courteous and it was easy to reach the front desk. We are not fond of valet parking.
Friendly staff and nice lobby. Overall was a solid, convenient choice just steps away from downtown Santa Fe. We didn't love the $25/day amenity fee for valet parking - don't feel like it was clear from the booking or that it added much value. The location and property were nice, but the total price seemed a little steep for Santa Fe.
Perfect location, walkable to everything in downtown Santa Fe (museums, restaurants, galleries). Great pool and hottub area. The hotel could use some updating though, the carpets in the hallways are dirty, the exercise room had some broken equipment, and one of the rooms my party were in had a water leak after a big spring snow/rain storm. Internet was terrible, didn't connect most of the time and when it did it was really slow. They need to upgrade that! Staff were friendly and helpful.
The lobby is just amazing. I enjoyed people watching while drinking my free coffee.
Great property and amazing customer service. All employees, specially Stephen, were very helpful and welcoming. I love the entire property and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the museums, shops and restaurants. It is pet friendly and there are places around the hotel (green areas) where we were able to walk our dog. The rooms were clean, but furniture and carpet a little outdated. Also, in one of the rooms the phone was not working properly. Overall, it was a good stay.
My room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely with a great shower, but the lighting was not ideal for putting on makeup.
Loved our room! The staff was very welcoming and professional.
We love staying at the hotel every time we are in Santa Fe. Great location!
Very clean spacious room. Oddly the phone, and iPad thing you are suppose to use to connect with front desk did not work. Food was ok.
The hotel was centrally located in Santa Fe and the plaza. The staff was amazing and even made dinner reservations for us. Since it was our anniversary we even received a bottle of wine to celebrate. Will stay their every time we come back to Santa Fe.
Great hotel but terrible restaurant called Agave.
Excellent location
An uneven experience. What little staff they have are excellent. (I realize that currently everyone is challenged to stay staffed). Location is superior near the Plaza. Valet (Marcus!) front desk (Connor!) and housekeeping were working hard to keep up. However, bars and restaurants were often closed. No concierge desk staff. Our room was very tired with frayed carpet and bath fixtures near failure. Safe was not working upon arrival. Overall, I feel like we paid a premium price for a average facility.
The AC did not work. It is a good thing the windows can be open and the weather was not too hot. The staff is super professional, pleasing, and accommodating.
