Too expensive for the condition of the room

Room was dirty, full of roaches and flying insects. Area unsafe, lots of drug addicts and homeless all around the property.

The room was clean, but the surrounding area wasn't clean. Seemed like an unsafe place especially after dark. I really didn't appreciate the fact that they charge an extra $25 per night for a small dog. No where on their website did it say they would charge extra for a dog!! I was VERY upset that there was this extra charge never mentioned anywhere until I arrived with our dog. I will not be staying there again!

The ceilings in the room and bathroom had mold and the ac unit kept making loud noises all night which didn’t let us sleep. The shower barely worked and to top it off I found a long hair on my pillow. I think the positive reviews on here must all be fake because this hotel is dirty and dingy. I rarely write reviews even if something isn’t too good but this hotel is absolutely horrible and the reviews are not real. Stay somewhere else

The bed was comfortable and temperature was adjustable. Parking was very convenient to the elevator and our room. The breakfast was good and coffee was delicious. We were not happy about the condition of the bathroom. Fixtures were old and holes in the wall where the faucets were. The bathtub looked painted and dirty looking. There was no electricity in the outlet so the blowdryer couldn't be used in front of the mirror. I had bug bites after the first night.

For what we paid we got a lot of value for our money. We did not feel unsafe. The check in staff was friendly and made check in easy. The room was clean. It could've used some upkeep in certain areas like the chairs and carpet. But overall we had minimal complaints. We would come back for sure.

My daughter, her dog and I stayed at this property on our drive from Phoenix to Kansas. We didnt like that the doors of the hotel faced outward giving us an unsafe feeling with several homeless milling about as well as not great clientele. I asked for a room close to the pet relief area which the front desk clerk said their were none available. There were only vending machines for water and the one we saw looked like it wouldnt work so we passed. Open stairways for our dog werent great. The morning we were leaving a police car was at the hotel and the officer was going up the stairs. The room was as basic as could be. An update is needed. When checking in, two people were in an office, one complaining about their job and I could hear every word because the door was open and the person who helped me was not friendly. I did have to pay a pet fee which wasn’t disclosed when I made the reservation. They could do so much better.
