Great location

Short walk to both the plaza and Canyon Road. Perfect place for a couple with a comfortable queen bed and two gas fireplaces.

Accommodations were excellent! Property Management team was responsive and helpful. The location allowed for easy walking to shops and entertainment .

Always great at the Delgado properties

We enjoy these condos. All the amenities you need for 2 people with nice appliances and comfortable furniture. Highly recommend.

Delgado property

We really enjoyed being so close to canyon road and centrally located. The condo was clean and very comfortable. We liked having the private parking area. The management was very helpful.

Santa Fe getaway

The property was exactly as pictured, easy to find and to check-in. We only drove to Trader Joe's the first night for groceries, then walked everywhere. Property was convenient and quiet. Would highly recommend.

Great stay

Easy instructions for access. Great space, everything needed, even made meals! Easy walk to downtown and canyon road. Very quiet. No view, but since we spent our days out and about, and it got dark so early, it wasn't an issue. Would be happy to stay there again.

IDEAL RETREAT

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Delgado B3! The unit was exceptionally clean, comfortable and very well appointed. The location in between the “Square” in downtown Santa Fe and Canyon Road was ideal as we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Being the manager of a vacation rental property myself, I’m highly critical and this was an A+ We will return for sure and can confidently recommend it to other guests!!!

Perfect little Bungalow

Excellent service. I had a minor issue that was repaired quickly. The place was wonderful, and I would absolutely return. Very central to everything, professional all the way around - clean with all the little items I need. Thank you for making my stay great.

Excellent property, great location, complete amenities. It had all that we needed and wanted! Loved the size of the rooms and the number of rooms for the cost. Plus all was in excellent condition. Also enjoyed the numerous windows, which made for nice airflow in the comfortable Santa Fe evenings. Also, very thoughtful design regarding plug-in options for phones and other electronics. Thanks, we had an excellent time in Santa Fe!

Great Well Located Casita

This is a wonderfully appointed and well-located Casita near the plaza. It's part of a complex that is well-managed and very clean. I would stay here again, but I'd likely choose another unit as the one we stayed in B3 lacked privacy. We had to keep the shades down in the living room to avoid seeing neighbors. Property managers are very attentive and have other properties in town.

Spacious and great location

The property manager called about an hr before our stay to tell us the a/c was not working properly in the unit we reserved. She was so kind to give us an upgrade to a larger unit. The place was clean and spacious. It came will a fully equipped kitchen. Only a short walk to the Plaza and shops. I definitely recommend this place.

Lovely stay at Delgado B3

This is an ideal place to stay for an introduction to Santa Fe. Both Old Town and Canyon Road are within easy walking distance. The unit is well-maintained, with a great kitchen stocked with good equipment. The bedroom/bathroom area are lovely, and the living area is also very comfortable. Having a dedicated parking space is a big plus. Our stay was very quiet, though the other units were occupied we never heard our neighbors while inside our apartment. Communication with the mangers was clear and easy. We would be very happy to stay here again!

This was our second stay at your Delgado property and hope to be able to visit again next year.

This was our second stay at your Delgado property and hope to be able to visit again next year. This is a great unit, very spacious and nicely appointed. There is a lot of storage for clothing, luggage, boots, and even a place that would work for skis in the toilet room. Food storage is slimmer, just the frig and 2 drawers, but if visitors are mostly eating out this is not a big deal. We did cook and the range, including the broiler, is fantastic and the kitchen is well equipped. Nice outside sitting area with charcoal grill. Excellent location with easy walk to Canyon Road and Central Santa Fe. Off-street parking. Quiet neighborhood.

At our respective ages, we don't plan trips very far in advance, and we may be more inclined to staying at a traditional bed & breakfast inn, in the future. But for this trip and the events and museums we attended, and the friends we spent time with, the Delgado B-3 was very suitably located and comfortably furnished. The only awkward arrangement was the "hall" closet, rather high above our heads with a couple stairs to cope with below. The staff assistance via phone and in person was always prompt and helpful. Thank you for your service!

We enjoyed our stay however with the construction in progress this was an issue. Privacy, noise, windows closed and shades down were an issue. No heating vents in bath area and limited use of a patio due to site activity were disappointing. The concept of Delgado should be terrific when completed. Samantha and Jacob provided excellent service during our stay. Both were very professional, responsive, and represented Adobe Star well. Made everything easier during our stay.

Great space and location

This was a great property and a really good location to walking to all parts of Santa Fe. There were plenty of towels and bath supplies, but the kitchen could have used a kitchen towel, instead of us using a hand towel from the bathroom. And the refrigerator makes an odd percussion sound for about 15 seconds about once an hour. We thought it was the ice maker so I turned it off, but the noise persisted. Very minor issues considering how nice the property is.

The shower is filled w mold/ mildew. A simple solution of clorox and water sprayed on surfaces and floor quickly solves that. Also mattress needs either turning or replaced. I felt like I was falling off to the floor.

Excellent Property!

Property was just as pictured and described...very spacious, clean, well decorated interior. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom, lots of storage in bedroom for clothes etc. Great location (short walk or very short drive to town square, restaurants, shops, and Canyon Road galleries). VERY quiet at all times, but especially at night which was PERFECT as I am a very light sleeper. Loved not being right on a busy road like many of the hotels. Would definitely stay here or at one of the other Adobestar Properties again...especially while covid is still ongoing. Hotels seem to have no issue still charging exuberant rates despite not offering any of the usual services e.g. regular housekeeping. This place was very reasonably priced given the amenities... most notably the washer and dryer, dishwasher, ample square footage, dedicated parking, and having a full kitchen with high quality appliances was wonderful. You can't beat this place! Home away from home!

Much as we enjoyed our stay, Delgado and B 3 have a few issues.

Much as we enjoyed our stay, Delgado and B 3 have a few issues. All the parking areas need more pea gravel so we don't track dirt inside. At night the steps down from the N parking area are very dark and there is no handrail so returning is scary for we oldsters. The refrigerator regularly makes loud gurgling noises; sleep is only possible with the bedroom door closed. The instruction for the safe say to press the red button to reset the code, but we could not find a red button. This could be a battery problem. A makeup mirror in the bathroom would be a welcome addition, but the new space heater is great.
