We had a slight inconvenience with our first room and the staff was very nice and gave us a new one. It was very clean and for the price we paid we had no complaints. Best of all, we were able to walk to watch Mark Farina at Meow Wolf. Will be staying here again if there’s another event we want to attend there.

The door bolt did not lock, there is no couch, coffee maker, and the tv remote did not work. There was trash on the floor as well. I would not stay here again.

Great price, VERY easy check-in / check-out. It's obvious that they are upgrading the property - new bathroom fixtures, furniture, microwave, paint, hvac, etc. The stay went well except for a incident involving a small fire that showed the fire alarm worked, but wasn't very effective. The event was over quickly and no one was hurt.
