Check in was easy. Only spent 6 hours there to sleep. The light in the shower room didn’t work but the warmer light did and was bright enough. The shower pressure was excellent.The bed was comfortable. My only big complaint is that there are some sketchy people out on the street that night I was there. My car even captured one of them trying to open my car door. It could just the area that this property is located. I wouldn’t come back and would try another place in town for the same price.

Stayed here once before and it wasn’t like this.

Room was missing almost all its furniture. Front desk was rude, bed has poor pillows, room was generally dirty, no refrigerator, TV remote didn’t work, homeless man swinging at bat in the parking lot was pretty menacing.

There was a beeping sound in the hallway outside my door. It would chirp every minute. Pretty annoying. It goes 24/7. The bathroom baseboard is over painted.

Every time I left my hotel room, the room key would stop working. I was holding it too close to my phone each time this happened. That is certainly my fault! But get this: I had to return to the front desk 4 times for this reason. I understand that it happened because I was holding the card too close to my phone, but the way the man behind the desk addressed me was the problem. For context, I am a young woman traveling alone across the country. Not only would he stand in the doorway of my room after unlocking it, not allowing me in, he was also repeatedly telling me to “relax” and “chill out,” while simultaneously raising his voice at me. Not a particularly self-aware individual. The next day, which was the fourth time I was locked out of my room, I waited in the vacant lobby, calling them from my own phone with no one there coming to answer it. I had to find a staff only door to knock on to be acknowledged. The same man from the night before suddenly appeared, immediately shouting at me for disturbing him. Then I started matching his volume and he was furious, which in turn required two other staff to calm him down. Just pathetic. To the credit of the other staff, they were so embarrassed of him that I was fully refunded. When I returned to my room to pack up my belongings and leave early, my door stood open and unattended. Creepy and disgusting.

No running hot water just very lukewarm. No hair dryer. False advertisement No safety strips in bath tub Said tub or shower. Can’t even use tub. No plug! Tv doesn’t work No mirror in bathroom No refrigerator in room Air conditioner doesn’t work good. We were hot most of the night! Room 421 very end room of the property Stairwell rails very loose Old carpets in hall way Not remodeled as stated. No chairs in room just chair for desk that’s it! Put us in a room #421 so far at the end of the huge property to look like you’re busy when y’all had very few motel customers! Horrible place!!!! Never again!!!!

The property is very outdated. Beds felt old, springy and not comfortable. Shower was leaking. TV and lamps were unplugged. Conditions of the building seemed like a quick fix rather than a well done remodel. View from the room was to an unkept empty pool. A lot of potential but overpriced for what the room was.

It was bad, the rooms and the location. The beds were uncomfortable and thin walls could hear the other guests next door. Homeless people walking outside would not recommend this place if you have children

Good value, but risky

The small gym was helpful, however no water or towels available. Ice maker on 2nd floor out of service. The back entrance door was always open, never secure. Room was clean, but the room next door or below me had the tv going, audibly to me, and ruined my sleep. The area has many homeless people roaming around, felt unsafe.

This property is outdated and in need of immediate renovation. No elevator, frayed carpet everywhere, no refrigerator(as promised), no coffee maker(as promised), sterile environment (no pictures, etc. in hallways or rooms), ice machine not working, grounds have weeds 3 and 4 feet tall, ice machines not working, interior courtyard the worst I have ever seen, and I could go on. I will say the bed sheets appeared clean and the bathroom appeared clean. I would never stay here again, and would say to stay at a brand name hotel before you ever stayed at this independent hotel.
