got double charge for the room. Not please with that did not refund deposit of 50.00 either.

Had a very nice time the place was very clean and friendly people.

Nice location--easy access to Santa Fe, nice amenities--casino, golf courses, restaurants The staff was very helpful

We had asked for a "standard" room. What we didn't know was that a standard room faced a wall and we could only see a part of the sky! We were told at the front desk that we could pay more each night to be "upgraded". Much of the hotel first floor smelled like smoke or heavy chlorine. We did not feel our room was sufficiently cleaned each day. We had to ask twice for information about the hotel (which wasn't in the room) and wouldn't have known there was a shuttle downtown if we hadn't overheard another guest ask about it. This hotel seems more interested in its casino and its conference center than it's other guests.

This was our second stay at this hotel/resort and we enjoyed both stays. This stay we took advantage of the Spa, which was peaceful and relaxing. We've eaten at most of the restaurants on the property, except the buffet. The food was excellent at each restaurant. There is plenty to do at the hotel from relaxing by the pool, playing a round of golf or going to the casino. There is also Sante Fe near by, with lots of area attractions to view as well. The hotel lobby and areas are gorgeous and filled with native American art works.

The hotel couldn't have been 1/4 full, but they wouldn't give us a room with a balcony unless we paid $10 more. Very few rooms DIDN`T have a balcony, and I have never heard of paying extra to get one.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was amazing inside and out! We will definitely be back. Easily booked with Orbitz!

Didn't honor the late checkout we requested. Called the night before checkout and they said it would be ok. The next day they said we had to be out by 11am

Had an outstanding experience with this hotel. After an initial issue with being assigned a room that was occupied, the manager made it right and moved me to another, nicer room. What made it even better was the bellman Jonathan who was very personable and super helpful, and even made sure to follow up with me on several occasions. I decided to stay another night and while the room I was in was reserved, the desk clerk Rhiannon was so very nice and helpful and got me into a similar room which was awesome. I can't say enough about Jonathan and Rhiannon, they are exemplary people and made the stay that much better.

The stay was wonderful The room was spacious so was the bathroom

This hotel is big, it has CASIO and beer bar which make it not like a good hotel to me. The bed room is good. it's not good to me, but it might be good for young people.

The hotel is beautiful and well appointed. Comfortable beds, good service, We had beautiful views from our balcony.

Excellent and peaceful atmosphere. Hotel well appointed and clean. Great pool and spa facilities

Close to Santa Fe, to fishing up north, Tesuque and Nambe pueblos. Beautiful and cozy room and great service. The art on display downstairs is pretty awesome, as it includes pieces from local greats like Noreen Simplicio and Jason Garcia.

We went to visit Santa Fe during thanksgiving trip. Very nice hotel and we love the fireplace in our room and complete Indian style surrounded.

The resort is nice. The staff is professional. They accept dogs. If there was some more activities it would be great! I know we went during the off season so golf and the outdoor pool were not available, but if they could get a few more shops and put in a bowling alley, I wouldn't want to leave. The casino is great, but sometimes you need a break.

We stopped here on our way home to texas from colorado. It is a beautiful hotel and casino. Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return

My family and I were in town for my son golf tournament. I always stay at the Buffalo Thunder because it's a beautiful hotel the experience is always great. The rooms are spacious and the always clean. The beds are very comfortable. The food is a little pricey but for the most part it's tasty.

The Hilton Buffalo Thunder hotel was fantastic! Rooms etc were up to date and well maintained. The spa was really nice aa was the outdoor pool area. One really special thing though was the museum quality art in the hotel. The Turquoise Trail club had live bands and dancing on yhe weekend and that was a lot of fun also.

Great location - just 10 minutes or so from downtown Santa Fe. Clean, quiet rooms. Family friendly. I was there on vacation for five days and was pleased overall. I did have a couple of negative things to point out. Don't waste your money at the Iguana Cafe. I went there for breakfast the first morning I was there and honestly it was terrible. I've had better free buffets at lower end hotels with the exact same things on the menu. The pancakes were rock hard, the frozen potatoes were mush, the bacon was never part of a pig ever. I could have dealt with that if it was very inexpensive - but it was 17.95. Complete rip off. Fire alarm at midnight - the staff didn't have the slightest idea what to do. in fact, once the false alarm was resolved they accidentally set it off again because they didnt know how to turn off the flashing lights.
