All was well with room. Staff brought glassware to room that was missing. Given bizarre location of parking behind the building separate from the main lobby entrance, some provision needs to be made for unloading and loading of luggage - luggage carts, bell hops or back entrance from parking to lobby. When i arrived, there was only one luggage cart and it was being used. Maintenance located another one and brought it to me after a short wait.

Property was nice, pool and hot tub area were excellent. No breakfast offered even though it stated breakfast was included when i booked the room. The beds were a little small. Also did not know that i would have to request a fridge and microwave for my room.

Room AC/Heater never worked . Called about TV that was not connecting and they told me tomorrow shoot and would not send somebody to fix it. About never worked . The room lacks plugs . The bed was comfortable and the room was overall clean except my last day they failed to clean it and the elevator was broken that same day in the morning but working that afternoon when I returned. Overstay was okay. Hotel is cutish but definitely needs help with getting rooms and priority upgraded.

The hotel was so relaxing and the staff was amazing! When we checked in they gave us flowers because they had a bunch left over from a corporate event. That was a first and made a huge impression.

The property is dated, dusty, but it photographs well. It has old rustic furniture but the beds are super old (traditional box spring mattresses), spanish tile (which feels like a romantic treat but it's dingy). They host a lot of events so there is a lot of noise. The shower was kinda gross, glad I brought flip flops. But on the plus side, it is conveniently located close to everything! No. I wouldn't stay there again.

The staff are the best. They are very helpful & courteous. The property itself is stunning & we absolutely love the pool area. It is our favorite hotel & place to stay in Las Cruces. This was our second stay & we’ll be back on a yearly basis, if not more. I highly recommend it & the Heritage properties are undoubtedly some of the best in New Mexico.

There was a $24/person “resort fee”. This is not a resort property. When I asked what it was for, they said 2 bottles of water, security, and WiFi. Those are expected amenities. Their Direct TV did not carry, ABC, NBC or CBS, local channels. They said they were working on it.

When I enter a room and see a lampshade with big stains on it...and the emergency exit poster torn off the door..I wonder what other basic cleaning have they missed. The public spaces..inside and out are lovely and front desk friendly....
