All was well with room. Staff brought glassware to room that was missing. Given bizarre location of parking behind the building separate from the main lobby entrance, some provision needs to be made for unloading and loading of luggage - luggage carts, bell hops or back entrance from parking to lobby. When i arrived, there was only one luggage cart and it was being used. Maintenance located another one and brought it to me after a short wait.

How magical! We loved everything! The room was large and clean, the lobby is beautiful, the gift shop magical. The restaurant is great, the landscaping is gorgeous. We loved it here!

Spent minimum time in the hotel. Hotel comes at a premium plus price but noise from air conditioning can compete with TV noise. Electrical plugs are hidden and not convenient if guest need CPAP or other medical devices. The hotel requires major updates/modernization to be competitive in the marketplace.

The room smelled horrible. One of the pillows had a shoe mark on it like someone stepped on it. When in laid down on my bed the smell of the room was worse. Eventually my daughter and I smelled all the pillows and about 3 of them smelled like urine and body order. We threw them on the floor and although the smell wasn’t as strong, I was was disgusted laying there. We had to get to bed in order to be up early and check out otherwise I would have asked for another room.

This is a beautiful property with beautiful grounds and lobby. The staff was lovely and the room was very comfortable. There is shopping and dining all around. It's very convenient and there are beautiful views of the mountains in any direction.

We have often stayed at this property and really loved it. On this trip however, both restaurants were closed causing us to have to go elsewhere. That could be alright but we still had to pay a “resort” fee when there were no resort amenities.

This hotel used to be the it place to be in Las Cruces! It’s pretty run down now and the homeless situation is kind of creeping into the parking lot. The restaurant was terrible and overpriced. Hotel was clean-ish? But not super clean. Probably the last time I will stay at Encsnto.

I felt like I was staying at a five-star luxury resort. Furnishings and fixtures were gorgeous; I felt like I had stepped into a resort somewhere in Mexico! We were on the first floor with a poolside patio, amazing! Room itself was spacious, beds were comfy and they had nice sheets. I’m a bit of a sheet snob and theirs were very nice. Housekeeping came everyday, without requesting it. We ate breakfast at the Cantina and it was very good and surprisingly reasonable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Only one complaint, internet was not great. Regardless, we would definitely go back.
