My room on the third floor was comfortable and relatively quiet. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room has great lighting for reading, good TV channel offerings, comfortable bed, microwave and mini refrigerator. The hot breakfast makes it a good deal. Many good restaurants nearby. I would recommend this location.
I was impressed with all of the staff in this hotel!! They were very friendly and professional. The hotel is located close to several restaurants and is easy to access from major thoroughfares. The breakfast was hot and fresh and we enjoyed it several days while we were there.
Stayed here on the first night of our road trip and were very happy with the facility and the staff. Recently renovated and updated. Nice decor. Good breakfast fare and Andrea, the breakfast attendant, was very helpful and pleasant. Well worth stopping here.
This was the second stop on a very long trip, from the moment we arrived we we totally impressed and we hadn't even seen our room yet. It was very late and the desk clerk was so nice and considerate. The lobby was nice , neat and super clean. The desk clerk was one of the best that I have encountered in awhile. Our room was spacious and clean and the ac worked beautifully which was good since it was hot as hades. We were only there overnight and barely made it downstairs in time for breakfast. The woman that ran the Buffet told us not to rush that it was ok. When we checked out one of the clerks helped us get our luggage out and we had a lot. I have never been to Las Cruces, NM before and we really were just passing through but if I ever get there again I would definitely stay here again. I can definitely say without a doubt, if you are going to Las Cruces or even if your just passing through this is a good bang for your buck. Oh and the staff is super nice and professional.
We booked a double queen room because we were in town for our kid's sports tournament and we needed accommodations for ourselves and two teenagers. Sadly, the pullout sofa bed was actually bigger than the "queen" beds; so our sleep quality was pretty dismal. We are average sized, athletic adults and it felt like the two of us were sleeping a twin bed. Our kids were able to get good sleep and participate in their activities so we gave this hotel a average rating. I don't think I would stay here again unless I was booking a king room, or perhaps staying alone. The queen accommodations are disappointing.
When I arrived, tired after a long drive from LA, they immediately upgraded me to a suite. The room was well furnished and comfortable. The breakfast was yummy, full of wonderful things and better than most Fairfield Inns. The best thing is the service. I found out that I left my Rx glasses there when I returned and I called them. They shipped these glasses to me. Superior service in every way, this is a wonderful, well run operation. If I ever pass through Las Cruces again, this will be where I stay.
Typical Fairfield Inn experience. Breakfast was what you would come to expect but it was very busy here and seating was limited. I ended up eating my breakfast in the lobby instead which was less than ideal. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. A nice peaceful sleep was much needed after a long day of driving the west Texas desert. I got just what I needed.
Staff greeted me with a big smile every time I saw one. Made me feel welcome. The rooms were similarly appointed to other Fairfield Inns, except that the bathroom was larger than most so I did not have to climb over the toilet to turn on or climb into the shower.
We have stayed here a couple of times. They have comfortable rooms and very comfortable beds. They are a well maintained property. Unfortunately for us there was a couple of traveling baseball teams there and they were loud well into the night! I understand kids will be kids but after 10 pm the hotel should be quiet and that was not the case this trip.
We were here for a baseball tournament. It is not a bad hotel, but it is not fantastic either. The rooms are clean and the beds are a typical hotel bed, not comfortable but not uncomfortable (I hope people know what I mean by this). They do offer a free breakfast in the morning. It is a typical hotel breakfast, instant scrambled eggs along with some heat and serve type of meat (sausage one day, bacon another, ham the other, etc.). The breakfast area is very tight, so be patient! The pool is hit and miss. When it is open, it is really nice to spend time in during the heat of the summer. But it seems like it is more closed than open. One day they had to clean the pool, the other day some drain covers were stolen and had to close. All in all, its clean and semi-comfortable. For the price I paid, I would definitely stay again, but if I hadn't received the group discount, probably not.
