Just like all the Fairfield properties! Top notch, like new, clean and wonderful! Great rooms, great area, right up the road from UNO's- a super restaurant that you can walk to. Great check in and superb breakfast

I always try to stay at a Marriott brand when traveling, and this hotel was close to the other hotels that the rest of my group were staying. It wasn't the best Fairfield Inn but it wasn't terrible. The lady at checkin was nice but was new and wasn't able to answer questions I had about my reservation. The room was okay except that it was near a busy and very loud road and it was almost impossible for me to sleep. I ended up turning the air down so that it would keep running and I also had to turn the bathroom fan on to help with the noise. I checked out over an hour before the complimentary breakfast started and they did allow me to take some water that was already sitting out (and offered for me to take the yogurt that was already out). I didn't get a chance to eat any breakfast so I can't comment on the quality. The parking was free and there are several restaurants nearby.

Really comfortable beds with convenient fridge and microwave in room, and breakfast to-go bags in support of Bataan marathoners at the ungodly hour that you have to leave to head to the base. (After dropping off my marathoner and watching the opening ceremony, regular breakfast was still available.) This Marriott had the most caring, considerate staff I've ever met at any hotel, and the rooms were sparkling. It's also conveniently located to Albertson's, Target, Marshall's, and the mall, as well as an Olive Garden for endless pasta for the marathoner on the night before Bataan.

I always stay here when in town for business. The staff are all so friendly and rooms always clean and sufficient! Plenty of parking, close to shopping and tons of places to eat!! The staff are always willing to go the extra mile for you and always pay attention to details

My room on the third floor was comfortable and relatively quiet. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room has great lighting for reading, good TV channel offerings, comfortable bed, microwave and mini refrigerator. The hot breakfast makes it a good deal. Many good restaurants nearby. I would recommend this location.

I was impressed with all of the staff in this hotel!! They were very friendly and professional. The hotel is located close to several restaurants and is easy to access from major thoroughfares. The breakfast was hot and fresh and we enjoyed it several days while we were there.

Stayed here on the first night of our road trip and were very happy with the facility and the staff. Recently renovated and updated. Nice decor. Good breakfast fare and Andrea, the breakfast attendant, was very helpful and pleasant. Well worth stopping here.

This was the second stop on a very long trip, from the moment we arrived we we totally impressed and we hadn't even seen our room yet. It was very late and the desk clerk was so nice and considerate. The lobby was nice , neat and super clean. The desk clerk was one of the best that I have encountered in awhile. Our room was spacious and clean and the ac worked beautifully which was good since it was hot as hades. We were only there overnight and barely made it downstairs in time for breakfast. The woman that ran the Buffet told us not to rush that it was ok. When we checked out one of the clerks helped us get our luggage out and we had a lot. I have never been to Las Cruces, NM before and we really were just passing through but if I ever get there again I would definitely stay here again. I can definitely say without a doubt, if you are going to Las Cruces or even if your just passing through this is a good bang for your buck. Oh and the staff is super nice and professional.

We booked a double queen room because we were in town for our kid's sports tournament and we needed accommodations for ourselves and two teenagers. Sadly, the pullout sofa bed was actually bigger than the "queen" beds; so our sleep quality was pretty dismal. We are average sized, athletic adults and it felt like the two of us were sleeping a twin bed. Our kids were able to get good sleep and participate in their activities so we gave this hotel a average rating. I don't think I would stay here again unless I was booking a king room, or perhaps staying alone. The queen accommodations are disappointing.

When I arrived, tired after a long drive from LA, they immediately upgraded me to a suite. The room was well furnished and comfortable. The breakfast was yummy, full of wonderful things and better than most Fairfield Inns. The best thing is the service. I found out that I left my Rx glasses there when I returned and I called them. They shipped these glasses to me. Superior service in every way, this is a wonderful, well run operation. If I ever pass through Las Cruces again, this will be where I stay.
