Staff were all very professional and courteous. Room was of average size, but lacked any comfortable chair for sitting to watch tv or just relax. Room service menu was extremely limited. Would not stay again.
We always stay here when it is on our way. It is close to the highway and near the local restaurants. The room has two beds that suit us. The AC/heating unit is relatively quiet and provides comfort. Breakfast is outstanding offering a variety of choices all well prepared. We have nothing to complain ...
The desk manager was very friendly and helpful. I greeted one of the housekeeping staff on the way to my room and she escorted me. The hotel was built in the 70s but had been updated. The room had contemporary furnishings and was well maintained. I would stay there again.
I've stayed at this hotel once in the past and it was a good experience not to mention a good deal; however, this time my good deal was accompanied by cockroaches which ruined the entire experience. I won't be staying here again.
The rooms are a bit tired, so the renovation is needed. It would have been nice to know that before booking. Also the ice machine on the floor where we were staying was not working and did not appear to have worked for a while. This was not mentioned at check-in. Plenty of other hotels in the ...

After waiting for 20 minutes for someone to answer we had to book a different hotel for the night. Now we are in the process of getting refunded, and the staff is not being very ...

Nice hotel, close to the St Teresa border crossing point
Great location, easy access to historical mesilla valley. Hotel could use an update, my room had an odor to it, possibly carpet mildew.
