I needed to check out 1 day early. I was not given the opportunity to check out 1 day early because I booked thru Expedia. I called Expedia to help. They said it is up to the hotel management to let us checkout 1 day early. The hotel management said no. Even when I spoke to a manager she still said no. I will no longer stay with them, even though I am a Hilton Honors member. Their attitude was cold and unfriendly.

The bathroom mirror in the 3rd floor disabled room is too high and unable to see rom q wlker or wheelchair. Needs to be lower. More counter space is needed in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Bedspread is very heavy. A firmer pillow would be nice.

Great for family

The staff were very professional, and friendly. Our room was very clean. We all went to swim in the pool and sit in the hot tub. Breakfast was a hot breakfast with many options.
