I was not very impressed. The place is old, rooms are clean but very old. A little bit pricy for the age of the property. About 5 minutes drive to I-10. Staff were nice and friendly.

The whole staff was top notch. They went above and beyond. The room was not clean. Someone had taken their finger and put smiley faces on the mirror behind the TV. There were nasty odd stains on the side of the mattress. There were also ants all around the sink. The pool looked to green to swim in.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated, and the location was convenient for my needs. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The room was clean but felt a little outdated, and some of the amenities didn’t quite meet expectations. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay—I enjoyed the hospitality and the effort from the team—but with a few updates and extra attention to detail, it could easily be a great place to stay.

I was honestly unsure about this place, but was pleasantly surprised. The decor is beautiful. Every staff member I encountered was super sweet. I typically avoid places where the doors are to the outside for security reasons but I felt completely safe here. We will stay here again.
