Guest services was a great experience housekeepers were really sweet. However my room was dirty. The counter tops had coffee stains from previous people who stayed in that room. Unfortunately breakfast is basically handed to you cold, we had to warm up breakfast ourselves which isn’t so much of a issue but the microwave in the room are not that great so sometimes the breakfast sandwiches were still cold in the middle after following instructions. I just don’t think for the price we paid it was worth it.. But I thank you all for your services it was still a great stay regardless of the situations.

Remodeling going on —so lot of area was closed off

Terrible condition . Tried putting us on the second floor which was full of construction debris, including nails and garbage on the floor. Fire alarm went off twice by mistake in the middle of the night. Only took $30 off a $600 plus bill. Won’t stay here again.

This place is obviously in the middle of a renovation and our room was partially updated (beautiful bathroom fixtures and bed furniture but old kitchen and door). Considering this, the stay was still very comfortable. Also, we were just finishing up a 2 week road trip and all the other hotels that offer free breakfast have just cancelled it during Covid time but this hotel offers a free frozen option you can take to your room and heat up. Although it’s not award winning, it’s great to have that as a free option.

Not clean & tried to reach an agent at orbitz for over an hour to dicuss this among other disappointments. Never was able to reach anyone.

The room was ok, but the staff was not friendly and the breakfast was frozen nasty sandwiches and pancakes. The building is old, clean, but I could have stayed in a better place for the same price.

Nice...we stay at Springhill suites whenever we travel for business.

Limited number of King bed suites at this location. Booked other Springhill suites king bed options along my road trip but this one seemed to have an inordinate number of double bed options. Ok otherwise no complaints

We have stayed at Springhill Suites all over the country and have never been disappointed until now. The quality of the room was fair to poor. We didn't get our room cleaned one day of the stay and had to ask for more towels. I wouldn't stay there again.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff, easy access to highway. Took the grandkids and they had a blast in the pool. 5 of us in one room, plenty of room , and loved having the separate seating area.

Lobby newly redone. The rooms were a nice size and clean. Tv was new and nice quality. I would and will stay there again
