I have noticed an increase in vagabonds/homeless around this area(stores, corners, gas station, etc). The property grounds seems to be ok though. I still would stay here again. Rooms are modernized and beds are very comfortable.
Stayed here for my daughter's NMSU graduation. Very nice hotel and convenient to NMSU and also not far from Old Town Mesilla.

Pleasantly surprised by this place! It’s new so it’s nice to have that new room feel. Although it wasn’t completely clean. Crumbs and dust from the last person left over. Which I had to clean. But other than that it was a nice place for a one night stay. I would stay here again if I am passing through las cruces.

It could of been 4 stars. We ordered room service for breakfast during shift change and the night guy forgot to write down our room number. When I went down to inquire the day clerk made it right by making some items complimentary. We are all human, and I appreciated the fact they tried to make up for the error.
