Arrived at a very busy time. The gal at front desk was exceptional and professonal. The GM was also awesome as we had a plumbing issue and had to be moved. The guy at front desk im the AM with a tie was less impressive. An apology for the midnight mess would gave been nice at check out. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Room very nice obvious recent renovations.
The hotel was clean, and the staff very helpful. It is located near the interstate, so convenient for travel. There was really only one cafe nearby, but it was very good.
Jason was very helpful and hotel is like new and very clean. They take pets and is next to a Tesla Supercharger.

Room was filthy. When we opened the door there was a terrible odor like wet dogs. The carpet had stains everywhere and the worst part was the black mildew on the walls of the shower. The bed was clean and comfortable and the location of the hotel was convenient to I-40
Rooms were disguising. We had them change us to a new room after the floor and blankets had what appeared to be blood on them. The next room had tons of hair and crumbs in the sheets. Asked for new sheets and pillow cases, they never came.
Our shower was clogged so we weren’t able to take shower without the tub almost overflowing.
Easy to find and convenient to services. Very clean.

The door to my room was propped open when I first got to it. I checked the entire room to make sure no one was hiding, as there were shoe prints in the bathroom that obviously weren’t mine. I was traveling alone so this was unsettling and I didn’t sleep well all night due to being anxious someone was going to show up.
Very clean and friendly. No grass for dogs to walk on.
The fruit flavored water and cookies were a treat after a long day driving. We've stayed at this hotel on several occasions and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. The facilities are always very clean and comfortable. Will stay here again and recommend to others traveling this way.
