Very friendly staff and easily assessable from the highway
Breakfast was appreciated but the server was doing it by herself! Sorry she had to try to please everyone alone with no help!
Room was clean and comfy. Pool was discolored and out of service. Staff member at breakfast bar was a little gruff and less than hospitable (we arrived 5 minutes before the breakfast closed and she was snappy to guests even though we were finished before it technically closed). Rough night sleep with a guest in the next room having a cat that meowed all through the night (though that was not the hotels fault-just be aware that they are pet friendly that could be a pro or con for different guests).
A faint blood spot on sheet. Refrigerator was warm not working. The exhaust in bathroom not working. The milk was sour in morning. Great parking and noise level was low. Over all 8 out of 10.
The room I stayed in at best Western Montezuma was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Las Vegas New Mexico.
The bathroom smelt like vomit. Don’t know what they are using to clean. Everything else was great and looked clean.
The property was clean and quiet but we spent the whole night freezing. The heat in our room wouldn’t work all night long.

Didn't like the room. Pool was closed, and super tiny. Customer service was terrible still waiting for my refund. No hot showers for anyone!
We stay here every spring on our way back to Colorado, They are always friendly and the hotel is clean and updated.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it was very nice, but this time room was less than good. No tissues in bathroom, toilet seat very loose, toilet not sanitized, not enough towels. I told the staff on leaving and they said I would hear from hotel but that has not happened. I will pick another next trip.

The breakfast attendant usually has help. Debbie is the kitchen Manager and her helper was out sick .
