In much need of updates. Is an old motel they are trying to make nice. No coffeemaker in room??? Did have a refrigerator, microwave and hair dryer that worked. Would not stay in thus kind of hotel/motel again.
It is an older motel and you can tell by the repairs in the rooms, but it was clean and comfortable. Water was hot, had a microwave and hair dryer, no clothes iron, and the only clock was on the microwave and hard to see from the bed. TV reception was a little fuzzy. The bed was ok. There was a medium size window in the shower, had privacy glass, but kinda weird and I would have preferred it had some sort of curtain for added privacy. The Budget Inn is a great place to stay if you're just passing through and/or on a budget.

Sorry that you had an issue while staying with us. All the heaters in all the rooms are in working condition. you should have call the office for assistance. thank you.
