In helping my daughter & family navigate a move across country, I emailed Manager Kay to ask a question because her email was on the website. She is in Alaska, and forwarded my email to the Asst. Manager Sabrina who followed through for me in making sure my family had the needed accommodations. Unbelievable service. The family was so exhausted, and the beds so comfortable, they actually slept in. Breakfast was great, checkin/out simple. If you need a great place to stay, don't miss this lovely hotel.
Close to I-25, we missed the exit due to their directions. You can see the hotel from the hwy. Nice clean room. Nice workout area. Decent breakfast. Would stay here again. Many restuarants will close early.
This is a very nice Holiday Inn Express. It seems quite new and is very clean. The desk associates were very helpful and welcoming. There were 2 school buses arriving at the same time and we had no wait at all. The hotel is close to the interstate, but you could not hear the traffic at all. It is not very close to restaurants, but they are only 5 or 10 minutes away. Breakfast was awesome. There was a huge variety and the dining room "chef" saw to it that everything was full and hot. I'd stay here again for sure.
Clean Room. Has Ma.Sarah from desk receptionist help me. I asked if they had rooms with fridge and microwave since i was going to stay for a while because of work and i hate eating out. She was great. she got everything to my room within the 15 min. She got that fridge and microwave all by herself to my room. I really appreciate it all. Again thank you Holiday Inn and thank you SARAH. ☺
This hotel offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay, but was more expensive than other HIExpress hotels we had stayed in on previous nights, and lacked some of the extras. While everything was satisfactory, we thought it was over priced for what we received. Next time we will check out other hotels in the area. The desk clerk was very helpful in helping us find the local restaurants, and the breakfast was adequate.
Car broke. Got towed. Stayed out of situation.. Best hotel ever. Like a second honeymoon///// great breakfast awesome staff.. beautiful trappings very quiet... This is an elegant property with great furnishing. Big luxurious rooms and very quiet private surroundings... Just off the highway but elegant enough fro a special event.... A must stay location...
Needed a place to sleep on my roadtrip through New Mexico. Checkin was friendly. Funny was that the number of items (34) on the breakfast menu was mentioned. This breakfast was actually one of the worst I ever had in a hotel in the USA. The powdered eggs were tasteless and not fresh anymore, the turkey patties looked gray, so did not try these. The rest was all sugar and carbs. Everything else (room, mattress, tv, etc.) was standard and functional but not all to great. It worked for one night.
I made a reservation ahead of time for this hotel because it was a holiday weekend. I was glad I did! When we arrived, there was a large group checking in - needing 4 or more rooms. It is located just off the interstate on the south edge of town so it's easy on/off access. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served up hot (standard fare) and was satisfactory. We always appreciate the effort put forth to serve breakfast, which save us $20+ over having to go to a restaurant outside. The parking lot is well lit and has security cameras, so we felt the things we left in our car would be safe overnight. (We don't usually do that but we were full to the brim with crates of things we were taking to our daughter in Chicago).
Wanted a hotel ex route to southern NM. This fitted the bill and was about an hours drive south of Taos. Popular with bikers who seemed to outnumber the guests arriving by car. Arrived after dark and as we didn't see any restaurants driving through Las Vegas ordered a pizza to be delivered. Room clean and although overlooking the highway was fairly quiet and we had a good nights sleep. We soon realised that this was preferable to overlooking the parking lot due to the morning chorus of Harley's starting up. A decision probably made by reception staff who were extremely pleasant and helpful.
We stopped by this place on our way to PCS (move) to our new home in Colorado. Very clean and quiet. Great service and amenities! Unfortunately it was just to rest from the drive, our whole family wanted to stay another night and relax a bit more.
