This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. Cozy and warm atmosphere. All staff are top notch and very attentive and responsive. Great breakfast. Could not ask for a better place to stay in Santa Fe! Walkable to city plaza and historic town center.

We had a very easy check in experience. The staff were helpful and very nice...the hotel was beautiful...walkable to the plaza and had a noon checkout which was great as we got in late and I had a meeting in Santa Fe for breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay and thoroughly enjoyed Joe’s Tequila Bar! Excellent margaritas, guacamole & salsa. Complimentary breakfast was outstanding! Our room (#104) was a bit dark - next time I’ll request a room with a balcony or patio. Bathroom and vanity were rather small. So much to enjoy about this lovely well-cared for older hotel with lots of charm! Wonderful staff! Will stay here again.

Perfect in every way! Firstly, the front desk staff was so helpful with touring and dining suggestions tailored for us, which led to a fantastic view of Santa Fe...including suggestions for my 20 year old's photography! The hotel is near everything. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The staff is outstanding. The included breakfast is a must attend and the attached restaurant is great as well. There is no pool but there is a small spa. The fitness center is adequate

This property showed that it has a history of well-recognized excellence with superior service compared to its fellow inns and hotels in Santa Fe. I'm not sure whether the management of the hotel would like this next note but it's intended as a positive: It does not seem to follow the fad (or trend) of the glitzy, the edgy, the high energy (except maybe at the tequila bar--we didn't happen to go in there during the evenings) , the hip, the "conspicuous consumption" that has come to exist in several places in Santa Fe. Where this place is Southwestern, it is Southwestern, and not simply in a nod to design or a gimmick.. It even has books, games and a chess board in the lodge-style common room. Coffee is always (and pastries are often) available day or night, self serve. The workout room is adequately equipped for its use; The grounds have the sense of Mexican jardins, with the comfort and serenity (even in a small space) that characterize the jardins. We are delighted to have found the Inn, and look forward to future stays.

My favorite place to stay in Santa Fe! Darling rooms, many with balconies and the most comfortable beds and linens. The Bar and Restaurant are so handy and delicious. We were even able to get shuttled to dinner and various events in town . The staff is knowledgeable and friendly! Excellent service and super clean too.
