Value! Included parking. Very convenient to Railyard Arts district where the art and furnishings are more international. Within walking distance to 3 fantastic dining options. Clafoutis, Tomasitas, and El Chile Toreado. Yum!! Bed comfy, aircond worked well. Lol the towels could be softer.

I had a good experience on this visit. I had a few issues with the a/c in the room, though it worked, the air does not circulate in the room well. But overall this is a good place to stay and it is near the Best local Mexican restaurant Tomasita's!!

Its a great location at a great price! Easy walk to the downtown area, Farmers Market and museums. Clean, neat and easily accessible if you take the first Paseo de Peralta exit off St. Francis from the north!

Room was recently renovated and was nice and clean however the bathroom needed towel racks to dry wet towels and a place to store clothes. The door stuck so hard to open. The staff was friendly and responsive.

Unfriendly front desk

Upon entering for check in the front desk woman didn't even look up or bother to make eye contact, she was not welcoming or friendly. I even asked her if she was having a bad day she she no. Not a good way to start your stay! Otherwise it was fine.

Door locks need replacement, door locksDo Not Work

Archaic door lock systems at this hotel do not work. You are not safe in the room nor are your belongings.. when you return at night from dinner you will have to go to the front desk and be treated like a nuisance as the person takes 15 to 20 attempts to reprogram your non-working plastic card. You may remember this key system from the 90s.. I walked around and look at the locks on every door. They were all damaged and poorly repaired. Most of the window screens had at some point been broken through also and not repaired.. These things are all evidence of dysfunctional door entry systems. Is there anything more important at a hotel than a functional door lock set?

Great location. However noisy & problematic guests all around us. Someone knocking on doors and screaming all night the first night. A dog whining alone in the room next door, doors slamming at all hours. The room is old and very worn out, bathroom needs full remodel. Mini fridge smelled like something died in it, unusable.
