Beautifully decorated. Clean. Great staff. Love that they are pet friendly. Nice dinner by the fire tonight.

Beautiful and well maintained hotel close to the plaza (5 minute drive). Dog friendly with nice walking around the property and a dog park. Bar was open in the evening with a limited menu for dinner (restaurant was being remodeled). Continental breakfast had very limited choices for those of us on low carb diets.

Old world style complete with professional, efficient staff. Lovely roses being planted in June

The building from outside is beautiful. Interior is definitely showing its age (old carpet, worn furniture, poor sealing & cracking around the shower). Parking is ample. Walkable to city center. Lots of restaurants around. No maid service due to covid. Rooms need better cleaning but this may be due to lack of maid service in between. With 3 days stay trash piled up in one corner. Place needs interior renovation to stay relevant in a four star conversation.

Love this place and we can’t wait to go back very soon!

great staff

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great free shuttle service even though you can walk to most things from hotel. Wonderful breakfasts, recommend the blue corn pancakes with blueberries

My favorite hotel in Santa Fe

We enjoyed our stay. A spacious and pleasant room in a nice hotel, conveniently located and an easy walk to the railyard area. Very pleasant staff. I will stay here next time.

Beautiful Property and close to down town. But the room was extremely small, no lighting in the bathroom except behind the mirror. No coffee pot, no refrigerator. For the price we paid, this was very disappointing. Should have gone with the Drury. Much bigger rooms, and free breakfast. Costs about the same.

Clearly a very popular place to stay in Santa Fe (for good reason). Great location, free coffee in the morning, clean, comfortable beds.

Hotel was clean but seemed under-staffed. Despite seemingly 1/2 full due to covid we still got the Orbitz special of the worst room on the property at the end of the hall on the 1st floor right next to the exit/door to the parking lot and still right next to another occupied room. Spa was nice and location is great to downtown.

Great hotel and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely return.

I loved that Coffee and Tea was made available each morning on each individual floor. It was nice to just walk down to the hall to have an excellent cup of coffee without having to venture down to the lobby.

Front desk staff were helpful. Cleaning staff were not so much.
