Everything about this hotel is wonderful, the rooms are beautiful, the staff is amazing and the location is perfect. This wasn't my first time staying there and I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Santa Fe, wouldn't even think about staying anywhere else.

Beautiful and well kept! Quiet rooms and close to the Plaza.

Beautiful property with great staff and amenities. Little things like the free bottles of water at the front desk because of the dryness/altitude were appreciated. Room is typical American hotel size so pretty big. Everything was spotless and cleaned well for multi-night stay; comfy bed and pillows. Recommend highly.

Everyone is very friendly, the location is great for walking into the center of the city.

Quaint property and friendly staff. The shuttle service was super helpful and took us around the downtown area.

It is the only Native owned (Picuris) hotel property in Santa Fe proper. The spa treatments were professional and well executed. The hotel itself is beautiful, with original art and sculptures throughout the facility. The lobby is a communal gathering place, cultivated to be familial and fun. The restaurant is as good as any restaurant on the plaza. Courteous and friendly staff you can tell enjoy working there. The hotel has been there 27 years. They're doing it right.

Nice place and very pleasant staff. My spa treatment was fantastic, so I very much appreciated that. Only complaint was that it was a little noisy at night, and wished the coffee service in the morning was available longer on our floor, but otherwise we were very happy with our experience.

I just spent a long weekend at the Hotel Santa Fe. I landed on this choice based upon the price, photos and reviews of a popular travel website. This hotel seemed to be priced in the middle of my personal picks for a higher ended hotel located near the touristy areas. The hotel Santa Fe appeared to be a beautiful property and the overwhelming majority of reviews were not only positive but enthusiastically so! Flying into Albuquerque and driving to Santa Fe we arrived around 10pm. We found the front desk prepared and anticipating for our visit. The check-in process went quickly and was just enough to tell you about important details without making your head spin like you were on a sinking cruise ship and one lifeboat remaining. They matched my mood and responded in a way that I appreciated. Over the next 3 nights there were several opportunities for interactions, extra towels, directions and arranging for the property's shuttle service. All were positive experiences. The building and grounds are well kept, lighted sufficiently for navigating at night. I am very sensitive to odors and there were no detectable smells of cigarette smoking (and no attempts of covering it up with horrific "clean smells"). The room service was complete and seemed as if the staff cared about the job they were doing. The property is Adobe style and decorated in a Southwest motif. Things were tastefully appointed. The "King Standard Room" was beautiful and adequate for our every needs. There was a

Very relaxing stay. The massage at the spa was amazing -- highly recommended!

Great place with great rooms! We were comfortable, loved the restaurant food and atmosphere. Super close to everything we needed!

Welcoming staff throughout our three night stay. Food tasty and reasonably priced. Room is small and service was late one day and non existent one day because we are older and use room during day. Hotel could use the door hanger that requests service so staff could come while guests were out.

I was unaware when I booked the hotel that it is the only one run by a Native American group. The hospitality was wonderful and location was great. The free shuttle to get around town helpful. The spa was average but the massage I had was very good. Would definitely return
