The Inn at Vanessie

4.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Good proximity to museums and downtown. Small, boutique hotel with personalized service.

We couldn’t get air in the room - e.g., opening the window - and it was challenging getting the fan working properly. The fireplace lacked utensils - tongs, grate. We had to gather our own kindling and buy firewood. It begs the question, why have a fireplace at all, and advertise as if it is a feature that is useable. There is no laundry for guests nearby or on site. Also, our sink in the room was broken when we arrived and they had a man try to fix it, but was not able to fix it for a couple of days. The sink would not drain. The staff at reception said that the manager would refund some of the cost of the facility for the inconvenience, but we heard nothing so far. The staff were fabulous and the breakfast was outstanding. We loved the piano bar and the entertainment, particularly John. You morning waitress Joanna, was warm and welcoming and we appreciated her.

Rooms were large and nicely decorated; beds were comfortable. Good amenities (furnace, safe, toiletries, robes, etc) Breakfast was excellent! And Joanna made it even more. special. The piano bar entertainment was definitely a highlight. I definitely recommend the grilled salmon for dinner.

The rooms were large with a luxurios southwestern flare. The hotel's location was simply perfect. Its staff was so kind, helpful and a wealth of knowledge regarding the sites and happenjngs in the area.

Quaint and casual but classy. Great location walking distance to attractions and shopping great easy parking. Love the wood burning fireplace.

Love the rooms, small boutique hotel feel, and in-room fireplace!

Reservation was a $40 more tha I expected The room did not equate to the price paid Staff very friendly

Clean quiet spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Tasty hot Breakfast. Friendly staff, efficient check in. Easy walking distance to Santa Fe Plaza and downtown shops. Would stay here again.

Very quaint and rustic room with a lot of character.

We were a last-minute reservation due to a flight cancellation and found this blindly based on no recommendations. Great decision. Good location, within strolling distance to old Santa Fe destinations and nearby eateries, excellent restaurant and bar, incredibly welcoming staff.

What a pleasure. This has to be one of the best rooms we've stayed in. Top end everything. Nice robes in the room, glass glasses, wonderful bed, nice decor and good breakfast. I just can't say enough good things about this place.
