This was a beautiful house in a great location for our trip to Santa Fe. The house had a lot of space and the kitchenettes and bathrooms in each wing made it a great arrangement for a group with some privacy and separation possible. Also, location is not necessarily walkable but very close to downtown and it was worth it for the mountain views. I will say it is clear that this property is not taken care of very well and there are some things that could be improved to make it more comfortable. There are many random holes and nails/hooks in the walls, and certain (small) things were damaged upon our arrival - like a ripped painting, ripped upholstery on the couches, and some duct-taped furniture and fixtures. The bathrooms were clean-ish but could use a deep clean and upgrade. The listing is confusing about the number of beds and additional pictures of the trundle bed would be helpful so visitors can actually see the bed set up. It would also be helpful to have more substantial bedding for the trundle and day bed (and other beds for that matter) - we had to search around for extra throw blankets and pillows to use those. Overall is a good place and suited our needs! Just wish some updates could be made to make it more worth the price.
