Ben in the living room was awesome. One room of our two rooms was very spacious. The other room was nice but not large. Liked the heat lamp in the bathroom. Rooms have bathrobes and slippers. Nice living room adjacent to the lobby. Very nice shops.

Not worth the money - or even half of the price.

I do not recommend this hotel, particularly for the price. The hotel is very old - not charming old or historic old but dark and dumpy. The first floor is fine and has some nice shops and dining. The rooms however are so disappointing. Our room was dusty and musty. It was oddly configured and very small. This is not a 4-5 star hotel or hotel experience. I think if you are looking for a 2-3 star hotel in a great location then it’s fine - with the exception of the price. A $600 + room should be very, very nice. Like you are really treating yourself to something special. This felt like a waste of money. So disappointing.

This is a very nice hotel in the heart of Santa Fe. This is an older hotel and the hallways are decorated with historical prints - very nice. We did not have a chance to use the spa.

The hotel is very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room, however, thought comfortable and nice was dark. We paid for a "pueblo" view and got a dark room with a view of the valet parking lot. We paid over $400 for the room and were very disappointed.

The hotel feels tired. I arrived late and my room was dark and uninviting. The gym was very small and didn’t have many accessories like balls or bands. I did like the staff especially in the restaurant at breakfast.

The room was lovely, spacious and comfortable. The bed slept great and we loved the linens. Loved the outdoor patio with seating. We were able to leave the door open and could hear the thunderstorms overnight. It can be a little pound in the evening with people coming home late after number but it’s short lived they don’t linger. The elevator is a tad slow but there are stairs if you are impatient. Some staff called out on Saturday so the bar was down but the “pool guy” hopped in and made everyone happy! Kudos. Beautiful and historic, would definitely stay there again. Comfort is my mai concern and for that I give them a 10

The girl at the front desk when we checked in was rude. I booked 2 rooms on hotels.com and only had the confirmation from Hotels.com. She said she couldn’t accept it and needed a direct confirmation from the hotel, which I never received. She just kept repeating that they were fully booked and there was nothing she could do. I asked her to search by name and she found both reservations. I have never been treated so rudely when I clearly had a confirmation email.
