Although know for its iconic photos the truth is it should be known for its small town home feel. A home away from home. if you will. Come downstairs for breakfast, take a walk, grab a coffee at the local patisserie, peruse an art fair close by, wander by the bookstore. All before noon! The hotel manager is the perfect host, like your older brother who just wants to make sure you like his place. I could go on but feel at home.

I found it quaint and with character. Loved the complimentary morning coffee. Restaurant service was slow and not enough menu options Staff was friendly Rooms were dark and bathrooms need updating.

I first like to say I dont often do negative reviews. Absolutely no customer service, we struggled getting out of the taxi with our bags, while bellman looked on offering no help. Later my husband needed a taxi to Albuquerque and the desk clerk hands him two cards and says try these. ?? I’ve never been to a $500 night hotel that doesn’t call a taxi for you. The hotel is old and needs updated. The mattress was good. The restaurant Luminaria was inedible at best.

I am very disappointed and will probably not return, unless I'm offered a free night stay. First of all our first night we thought we could get some appetizers from the kitchen because we were told by the young lady at check in it was opened until 10. It was 9:10 when we walked over and this rude guy said there's no food the kitchen closes at 9 and asked me only, mind you my daughter is sitting next to me if I wanted something to drink and I had to call him back and order a drink for my daughter. Then we decide to go to the pool area the hot tub is not working, mind you no one informed us it was not working prior to our arrival. I traveled to your inn to have a fun and relaxing time and didn't get any of that. I get to our room 207 and I find a bug on my bed and there's MOLD on the ceiling. I try to access the wifi and I can't so I text asking for the guest password and no one replies, so then I call the front desk and another rude moron tells me to keep trying. I told him I've been trying for the past 15 minutes and he said to keep trying and I get hung up on. It was a horrible experience and it's supposed to be a great place and I didn't get offered a discount. Really bad service and experience

A perfect Santa Fe retreat

The Inn is at a perfect location within the city of Santa Fe and created great opportunities for walking, window shopping, sightseeing. The renovated pool area is marvelous and a special treat. Staff is polite, attentive and responsive. We ate several times at the attached restaurant and fully enjoyed the meal and service. We will likely choose this Inn for future visits.

Come for the hotel, stay for the pool.

Nice hotel. Big, clean interior. A little maze-like in fact. The best part of the hotel is the pool. It is large, good for adults and kids, and tons of seating.
