The hotel should be called disconfort in. Dirty, internet does not work in the room, TV did not work, swimming pool closed due to contamination. horrible and rude staff. They literally don't care about the guest. I don't know how this hotel has such a good score. It was the worst hotel I ever stayed at.

Cleanliness a plus. Bedding had residual cigarette smoke scent. Mattress too firm for liking. Travelled all day and was looking forward to hot tub soak only to find out the hot tub and pool were closed per health department for the season. Breakfast had good variety and staff did well keeping the main course full.

We got there and the indoor pool was closed which was a bummer bc tat was the main reason we booked the place. The concerning part was it was closed by the City of Santa Fe for safety and sanitation issues. That’s a concern too. Also, the walls and ceilings are thin and upstairs neighbors stomped above us all night long. So we didn’t sleep very well and then the coffee is terrible at the breakfast bar. We were very disappointed.
