March in Santa Rosa is pretty windy. Just have to grin and bear that. If you're travelling through Santa Rosa this is a good place to stay and it's priced right.
Nice and clean hotel: recommend to everyone for staying.
I booked online and made a mistake with our rooms so I immediately called the hotel in an effort to correct my mistake. They were very friendly and helpful. When we checked in after a long day of driving the staff was again friendly and helpful. Both rooms were clean, updated, and smelled fresh, not the usual hotel room smell. All rooms are ground floor making it convenient to park and carry in luggage. Rooms and surrounding area were very quiet. Continental breakfast was nice and hot with a decent selection. I would definitely stay here again!
We stop here every year on our way home from Phoenix to the midwest. A good distance and we like being able to pull up right outside the door to unload the car. The rooms are clean and pleasant and we appreciate little extras like a nightlight and a soap dish. We'll be back next year!
Hotel is in a very convenient location, very quite and peaceful and clean. Staffs/Owner very friendly and accomodating. Indoor pool couild have been nice for the cold weather but not a must. Breakfast was not fancy but good enough for anyone traveling.
We enjoyed our stay at Best Western, Santa Rosa and will happily stay there again on our way through. The Staff was professional, efficient and and courteous. We stayed based on the chain name and reviews and were not disappointed.
Nice staff. Remote was weird and difficult to figure out.
Very, very clean. Great breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.
Beautiful single story hotel. Updated and large. Loved it.
A great place to rest your weary bones from a long day on the road. Staff was very courteous. Room was clean and comfortable.
This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel and been more than satisfied each time! Clean rooms and friendly staff. I go from CA to TN (and back)twice each year and Santa Rosa is the half way point. There is a Denny's right next door. I'll be back there once again in about three weeks.
As usual this property met all out expectations. We'd come back.
What's not to like! Everything about the place was great.
would stay again. price was higher than i cared for.
Traveled from Chicago to Los Angeles 40 years ago and staying at this motel brought back some great memories. The staff was friendly and it was a great value. The room was very clean and up to date. I recommend it if you find yourself needing to stop for the night on a cross-country trip.
It was like staying at a hotel. It wasn't remarkable but it was clean.
RUDE ALTHOUGH ROOM CLEAN AND NEAT....CHECK IN DIFFICULT...GIRL WAS TOO BUSY DOING HER OWN THING...
After check-in we discovered that one of the light switches would not work. The manager came down and immediately fixed the problem.
We want to recommend this marvelous Inn. [...] the owner, welcomed us and made everything easy. [...] Our room was spotless and the bed excellently comfortable. We slept like tops and woke to a delicious breakfast buffet. The bathroom was large and clean and the shower of the best. By the way, we very much enjoyed Santa Rosa too. Good restaurants! We particularly liked the rugged but pretty setting that Santa Rosa enjoys. Can't say enough good things!
We were traveling through on I-40 and Santa Rosa was a stop on our route. We have stayed in a lot of interstate 'travler's' hotels and we rank this one as one of our favorites. It's an old fashioned single story motel, with modern updates. The room was immaculately clean. The bed linens were very clean and the mattresses were fairly comfortable. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and in good repair. The rooms have a nice layout with a sink inside and outside the bathroom, making it easier for everyone to get ready in the morning. We like the nostalgic feel of the single story motel. It was so nice to park right by our door and take our luggage right in. Santa Rosa is so much cleaner than Tucumcari (about an hour away), and there are plenty of restaurants and fast food places near the hotel. Our family travels I-40 frequently and this definitely is our first pick of where to stay!
