Super friendly desk guy, extremely cute rooms, we had a kitchenette with linen napkin roll-ups, for example.

Clean rooms, friendly & knowledgeable staff, excellent location. You can walk to so many attractions around town. 5 minute walk to the train station too. Also thought it was fun that they provided a rubber ducky in the bathtub and chocolate covered strawberries as a nice treat for Valentine's day!

The staff was wonderful. The morning breakfast is a must every day of your stay. Really great first impression with a personalized informational sheet and walking map when you check in.

Charming room with Mexican tiles and furnishings. I loved the little details like chilies atop the towels and a little yellow bath duck on the bath mat! This is where I will stay when I come to Santa Fe!

Walking distance to the Railyard farmers market... and near Plaza. Cheerful staff (gracias, efficient Athena and bubbly Brandy!) sparkling room and bath, superb southwestern breakfast bar by chef Cintya 🌹in a cozy piñon scented sunlit nook. Heavenly!

The location of Santa Fe Motel and Inn is excellent! Walking distance to the plaza, railway arts district, cafes, whole foods and so much more. The staff are friendly, efficient and accommodating and the rooms are clean, cute and authentically New Mexican. Plus, there is free parking onsite.

Check in was one hour late. The room had to much furniture.

The hotel is great. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast situation is a bust very bad experience. Although the food is good there isn’t enough to feed everyone. We have stayed at the inn twice now and have had the same experience both times with the breakfast situation. Hopefully the manager gets this and tries to make some changes.

It is an outstanding hotel to stay in. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is quiet and clean, and the hotel is located close enough downtown to walk too.

I liked to location, an easy walk to restaurants and the historic square. The staff was excellent, very accommodating. It isn't a big Motel which appeals to me and there are a few casitas for longer stays. A very pretty place for a reasonable price.

This was a cute little motel. The location was perfect to walk to downtown or to the railroad district. The environment was a great mixture of old-style drive-up motor lodge and new thoughtful updates everywhere for Santa Fe style. The breakfast had really good food and a great environment. The breakfast was loosely scheduled based on times you chose. So there were both opportunities to mingle with other guests (which we did) and also to eat quietly alone (which we also did). All in all, I would recommend this place for families visiting Santa Fe.

We had a wonderful kitchenette room full of Santa Fe charm. The room was clean, comfortable, and came complete with a rubber ducky in the shower. Plan to stay there again soon!

We stayed in the casita because we brought a pet. It was amazing our dog loved the front yard. They even spoiled our puppy by giving him a goodie bag of things. Room was literally was like a very small apartment with full oven an fridge and some utensils as well. Again amazing room. The down side for us was the breakfast. I don’t really have concerns with a community table setting but it’s a large table in a very small room and with a full table there is little to no room to get to the food to serve yourself. The other downside of breakfast was simply the two days we tried to get breakfast there wasn’t any in one case and second day they were out of most things. All in all short of the breakfast experience this place is great and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great stay in Santa Fe.

Incredibly peaceful environment and super supportive staff. One of Santa Fe's true hidden wonders. We will always return here as our first choice for lodging!

We did not like that the sink was on the opposite side of the room from the toilet, especially when we had to use the bathroom middle of the night. Otherwise staff were helpful and we have no complaints.

Loved this little Inn. The attention to detail is very evident. Close to the plaza and such a terrific value. This hotel has all the comforts most would need for a Santa Fe experience!! Would go back in a heartbeat!!

it was easy, comfortable, nurturing and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was warm with colors and tile and tastefully decorated. Classic southwest decor is not always tastefully done but this place was congruent through and through.
