Loved the spaciousness of the room and that it had a mini fridge. Wonderful free Breakfast with lots of hot and cold choices. Liked that it had a bar where you could get a beer. Front desk staff very helpful. Only about 10 minutes to the Plaza

We were looking for a place for my family which doesn’t fit into a standard room for 4. This had a sitting area that almost doubled the floor space with a couch that serves as a third bed. Plenty of room to move around without tripping over our luggage or each other. Exactly what we needed, plus clean and comfortable and a good breakfast also!

Our stay was very GREAT. We got to swim. Very delicious breakfast the next morning.

Great Place To Stay For Taking Harley Davidson Road Course (for motorcycle endorsement). Staff was great and Betsy (the supervisor) gave me a ride when my ride never showed up. Then they she out of her way to take me the next day so I wouldn't have to worry about a ride. They drove me all the way to the National Guard base for my driving course. The supervisors name is Betsy. She was the one who helped me out with the ride when she saw I was going to be late because my ride didn't show. Thanks Betsy! The rooms were all very clean and smelled fresh. Free internet was included. They have a Starbucks in the lobby and a great breakfast/brunch layout with actual food (not just cookies and coffee). Great swimming pool and jacuzzi. Wake up calls were on time. Very friendly staff. Located away from main road so you don't have to hear the cars driving by. Very secure. I felt my belongings were very safe. The doors were very solid and the locks all worked well. To enter, you have to have a working card (to access the building anywhere but the main lobby. And those doors are solid metal and strudy. Security is always important to me. I had to bring my work with me (two laptops, tablet and other stuff).

For a family of 4, we reserved a room with two queen beds. They gave us a room with a single king! They told us they were sold out of the rooms with two queens. It was getting late at night, and we phoned 3 other hotels to see about a change, but were stuck and it was not fun!

Great customer service, clean room, and good hotel condition.

Hotel is very clean. Rooms are big and comfortable.

We have enjoyed staying at Hyatt Place in various towns over the years and it has always been outstanding. This time, the room was very rundown: furniture and counters were damaged, lighting not working, shelf in the shower missing, grouting dirty and missing. Very obvious that maintenance has been let go. When we stay at the location in Albuquerque after many years, it still looks brand new.

Great hotel for families with indoor pool. there were many families with kids running all over. Worn - can see coolers have been carted into rooms as door way have scrapes and scratches on them. Bathroom grout and tile in need of repair. Breakfast was bland. Okay place to stay. I wouldn't pay more than $90 a night there. I

This hotel is very hard to locate. The signs are very small and the hotel sits off of the road behind a convenience store. Even using my GPS, I drove right by the entrance. I got turned around and finally figured out how to get back to the hotel.

Will definately be staying again when we go back to Santa Fe. Great hotel when you take kids. Highly recommend

They either need more staff, or staff that is better trained. Lots of misinformation, depending on who you talk to. The phone goes unanswered, people wait at unmanned front desk waiting to be checked-in. It's a wonder they stay in business.

Swimming pool was not working. Shuttle was not available to take us to the airport. Bad experience with this hotel.

The breakfast was run of the mill. Fine, if you're a vegitarian! Otherwise the accommodations were great. Clean, spacious and dreamy bed and pillows.

Every staff person that we came in contact with was pleasant, smiling and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Clean and quiet rooms, clean facilities. Very comfortable experience.

The living room area was great. Spacious and functional.

We enjoyed the hotel. Breakfast was very good and room very nice and roomy.

Room tired and frumpy. Water from tap milky white (ugh) Found a hair on our sheets as we opened the bed. No pool towels. Hair dryer did not work and neither did the phone. Needed extra towels and were handed wet towels.

Everything was great I just wish the pool was open. Unfortunately they were dealing with vandalism and had to close it to take care of that overall our stay was great!
