Great hotel for families with indoor pool. there were many families with kids running all over. Worn - can see coolers have been carted into rooms as door way have scrapes and scratches on them. Bathroom grout and tile in need of repair. Breakfast was bland. Okay place to stay. I wouldn't pay more than $90 a night there. I

This hotel is very hard to locate. The signs are very small and the hotel sits off of the road behind a convenience store. Even using my GPS, I drove right by the entrance. I got turned around and finally figured out how to get back to the hotel.

Will definately be staying again when we go back to Santa Fe. Great hotel when you take kids. Highly recommend

They either need more staff, or staff that is better trained. Lots of misinformation, depending on who you talk to. The phone goes unanswered, people wait at unmanned front desk waiting to be checked-in. It's a wonder they stay in business.

Swimming pool was not working. Shuttle was not available to take us to the airport. Bad experience with this hotel.

The breakfast was run of the mill. Fine, if you're a vegitarian! Otherwise the accommodations were great. Clean, spacious and dreamy bed and pillows.

Every staff person that we came in contact with was pleasant, smiling and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Clean and quiet rooms, clean facilities. Very comfortable experience.

The living room area was great. Spacious and functional.

We enjoyed the hotel. Breakfast was very good and room very nice and roomy.

Room tired and frumpy. Water from tap milky white (ugh) Found a hair on our sheets as we opened the bed. No pool towels. Hair dryer did not work and neither did the phone. Needed extra towels and were handed wet towels.

Everything was great I just wish the pool was open. Unfortunately they were dealing with vandalism and had to close it to take care of that overall our stay was great!

A very nice new budget hotel a little ways from the town center (~15 minutes). Very clean and comfortable. No Santa Fe "charm", but perfectly nice ... would definitely stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Stay there for 2 nights and everything was just great. Front desk could not have been more accommodating even offering us 10% off at the restaurant we were going to. Just 10 minutes into Santa Fe.

Nice hotel but Santa Fe was not for us, nothing but high priced shops that all sell the same things.

No issues from beginning of stay to end. Breakfast was nice, although a little variation from day to day might be good. This hotel is far enough away from the plaza that it was pretty quiet. The free shuttle was fabulous! Everything was spotlessly clean and there is ample parking. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Stuffs are all nice and good breakfast.

Waited at front desk to check in for a long while. Staff was not present and not helpful.

The Hyatt was really nice loved the indoor pool. The hotel staff was super friendly and professional! The rooms were clean but the bathrooms coils use a better clean but they weren't too bad! Overall such a great stay would like to stay here in the future.

I accidentally booked this hotel thinking it was another place. So I arrived disappointed in my mistake. After checking in and spending 3 days there, I couldn't have been happier with this hotel. It's one of those "God-things" where He wants you to be a happy member of His family. Stay here with all confidence that you will be very pleased.
