This was one of the cheapest options so I wasn’t expecting anything great, but this is one of the cleanest hotels with the most helpful staff I’ve ever been in. Absolutely will stay here again when we return to Santa Fe!
We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. We requested on the third day that they clean our room which they did not, even though it said their policy was to clean the rooms after the third day upon request, this was pretty disappointing as we didn’t feel the room was thoroughly clean before we arrived. The hotel is also dog friendly which is great but you could hear dogs barking all day. The breakfast was the best part!

The room was not very clean. You could see stuff spilt on the chair, couch, and my one year old found a pill on the floor that looked like advil maybe. If i didn't catch her in time it would of went right into her mouth. No trash bags in any of the trash bags and for me paying for a room for 5 there was only 4 towels. Way over priced.
The room was dirty. It wasn’t prepared for 4 people . Not enough towels or soap. The shower had mildew in the corners. I will not stay here again.
