Staff is always great but during the whole covid situation hotel had nothing to offer..Prices should be lowered duration of covid ..stayed at hotel before n was happy im sorry not this time.

I liked it a lot and will probably stay there again!

conveniently located to shopping and attractions, as well as, the interstate

Location of hotel, lounge was nice to relax too. Will stay again, have been there before.

The hotel was ok, hall carpets need to be replaced. Hotel lost power during the evening and didn’t get restored until morning. orbitz says includes breakfast but they no longer serve breakfast, they had a sign pool being redone for two week but looks like it’s been a lot longer than two weeks. When i come back through here I won’t stay here.

The rooms are uniquely painted. Staff was helpful in assigning us adjoining rooms since we were unable to make that request through the 3rd party we booked the room with. A continental breakfast would have completed our stay and we would give a full rating. Mc Donalds is right down the street though.

Friendly, and service was very good clean and comfortable beds

The door was not secure, and the lock was loose, which was kind of disturbing. Our suite smelled terrible, kind of like a dirty butt. We needed non feather pillows due to an allergy and were told there were none at the hotel. You can’t call the front desk or housekeeping - instead, they ask you to text a landline, which is weird and your cell phone carrier may charge you extra for that. The parking lot had some pretty interesting activity going on. We stayed here a number of years ago and it was really nice but times change, I guess. We won’t be back.

This was the second hotel on a road trip consisting of nine hotels. It was an okay place, but a little run-down. I was highly disappointed to find upon check-in that their pool was unavailable for the entire week. I probably would have chosen another hotel if I would have known, as there are many options in the Albuquerque area. It was also extremely disappointing due to the fact that this was the second hotel on our road trip and also the second hotel with a pool that was being serviced during my stay...when I specifically chose hotels with pools for my kids! Our Mountain View room had a great view, but it definitely was a no-frills kind of place. Before bedtime I had to take my clock radio down to the front desk because it wouldn’t stop buzzing...even after I unplugged it. We also could not access WiFi even though I was told we would have it. I called to the front desk and they had no explanation for me and told me they would check on it and call me back...they never did. Also, on more than one occasion I overheard front desk personnel engaging in unprofessional conversations at the desk. We did not have breakfast here, first off because I was never told where to go for this or what time or even if it was available to me, but mostly because we were ready to leave by morning.

This hotel offered a native american artistic theme. The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service and were attentive to our needs. There is security personnel in the evening and there is free parking on their property. There are balcony views and the stay was hospitable. Restaurants and coffee shops are close by such as Starbucks and access to the freeway is right around the corner. Although this is a unique hotel, owners of this hotel should pay attention to the upkeeping of the hotel's interior such as renovating the carpet and replacing old delapidated furniture. Also, bed box-springs seemed worn out in the bedrooms and the ceiling panels in the foyer needed to be replaced as they had wet-stains.

Southwest decor throughout the hotel is unique. Staff is friendly. Location is near services, Starbucks, Sprouts. Fridge in room.

The rooms were infested with moths and drapes needed replacement

Breakfast buffet would be nice Dispensars in shower did not have shower gel etc in them Chairs for porch would be nice and nice chair to relax in Carpet needs cleaning

This is a beautiful hotel. I didn’t like that the night manager came into my room at 3 am because he “lost my reservation” he literally made a key, and tried to come in my room. I had the chain up thank God. He stood at my door asking for proof from Orbitz that I was in fact supposed to be here. He stood and argued with me at my room door while I was in my panties. I kept saying I have no clothes on and he was demanding I find the email from you.

The room was not cleaned very well — the carpet was dirty, as was the bathroom.

Convenient to shopping, parking is easily accessible, and staff members are friendly.
