For all the money I paid for this hotel, they had the nerve to ask for additional $ for amenities, which included a couple of snack bars and a drink a day. This was absolutely uncalled for.

Three star

Love this hotel which has art by local native American srtists in the rooms. Beautiful place.

Stayed in an artist room, unlike other hotel resort fee, this one actually means something. Two free drinks, bottled waters, coffee and muffins daily.

We love this hotel and stay when we can, because of covid it does not have the bar or restaurant at this time and we missed that. Beware the access fee (might be wrong name) of $20/night. So it is still great, but not quite recovered yet!

older place needs some updating beds were tooooo soft as well as the pillows

😁

Was very bad service, our phone charger was stolen, condition of the property very bad, looking abended, no food services no air conditioning, no water pressure in the bathroom, never been in more horrible place ever

The hotel is outdated and pretty shabby for the price. The bed was unmade when I arrived and the bathroom didn’t appear fully cleaned. I decided to upgrade to an artist room and the pillows didn’t have pillow cases on them, so I requested sober and they never arrived. I’m not sure what the $20 resort fee covered…nothing resorts about the place. The only saving grace is the wall art. Probably never staying there again.

The staff was so nice and helpful! When I asked for things to be brought to my room, it was quick and with a friendly face!

Loved the art the lounge area cozy and very quiet.

Staff is always great but during the whole covid situation hotel had nothing to offer..Prices should be lowered duration of covid ..stayed at hotel before n was happy im sorry not this time.

I liked it a lot and will probably stay there again!

conveniently located to shopping and attractions, as well as, the interstate

Location of hotel, lounge was nice to relax too. Will stay again, have been there before.
