Staff very friendly, clean room. Have visited previously and will stay again. Pet friendly.

Good location and hood stay after 15 hours on the road. Staff was outstanding and welcoming. Thank you

The best thing about this place was the Starbucks next door because I barely slept that night. I travel to abq regularly and thought I’d try this place out that I heard has nice art from artists. I got to my room and was instantly dissatisfied. The picture for orbitz shows these nice rooms but all you get is this sub par hotel room. They still have chain links and give you the minimum of toiletries. The pillows felt like a rolled up sheet in a pillow case. I didn’t sleep well. I have had better experiences for less at other hotels. I won’t fall for that trap again.

Great Mexican restaurant open 24/7 in walking distance. Recommended for a moderately priced hotel. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

There were bugs in my room the first night. I told the front desk about them and they said it was impossible to have bugs because they spray once a month. I checked out then and went to another hotel.

I was checked in a dirty roonm first then waited 10 minutes to get another room. It was dirty and had a live huge roach in bathroom. I would never stay there again

The hotel doors slam all night long. And if your room faces the highway be prepared to be awaken all night. Should have a free breakfeast but it doesnt.

kind of had a problem finding the hotel-not easy Otherwise it was very nice

I went to the front desk about 6:45 am July the 18th and a very nice person Informed me that the breakfast will open at 7:00am. I went in my room and I got back 6:58am , there was a person cleaning at 7:00 am nothing, the cleaning person showed me by fingers ( open at 7:00) because she didn't spoke English. I went back to the front desk and asked why it's not open? He went to the breakfast room some were in the back and he apologized and told me some one will come. About 7:03 a man and a woman come and turn on the lights and 7:05 the man come to me with the menu in his hand. I told him is 7:05 and he suppose to open at 7:00 . His response was "SO" and he threw the menu on the table. I didn't say a word I left and went to the front desk and asked for a manager. The front desk person told me the same person which threw the menu on the table is the new manager. In my life time here in USA I never encounter something like this. Of course I had to live right the way and eat in a different place .

Returning year after year for the consistent cleanliness, convenient location, and cultural distinctiveness.

This is always the hotel I prefer to stay in. I don't hear a lot of traffic from I-25, Lots of places around to eat, pick up coffee etc... And it is just lovely all the time. The decor is southwest, the artwork is lovely, the elevator has a clear panel in back so you can see the central lobby and all the floors go by. If I could change one thing, it would be to make sure you can recline in the bathtub. The swimming pool is great, part indoor, part outdoor, kid friendly.

Our stay was good. Very friendly staff. Good contenental breakfast. Rooms nice and roomy. Loved the art in the rooms. The only problem we had was with our car. The first night we stayed someone or some bodies broke into our vehicle and stole some of our belongings. They need to put cameras and more security for the premises.

Convenient, easy to find, right off the highway and offers free parking. Staff is reliable and will tend to your needs. unfortunately, when I was there, the sauna was not working and the pool was cold.

This was a nice hotel with an Indian Theme throughout. The breakfast was NOT cooked to order just pastries, waffles, yogurt, and boiled eggs.

Inncredible bartender, ( Angelica), made the most creative and delicious margarita i have ever had, and was awesome company.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean and view was nice. Free breakfast was nice, although unfortunate there was no fridge or coffeemaker in room. Pool felt amazing. Bar had good specials. Really enjoyed the calm atmosphere and not much hustle and bustle. Restaurant inside hotel and not far walk from other places. Even pet friendly! Will definitely stay again!!

Beautiful hotel! Very clean. Friendly staff. Great restaurant recommendation. Great happy hour and margaritas!

My stay was short I love the room. An it's decor however. The walls are to thin. An could hear every conversation but other than that it was a great stay

This place is fantastic! Convenient ro freeway and walking to restaurants and shops. The staff is amazing! Randy is the best! Comfortable, clean room. Nice bar with a nice happy hour. Decor is beautiful. Room spacious and clean. Continental breakfast good. Can't say enough great things about this place. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful but definitely for a older couple or just a relaxing quiet stay.
