The staff was great. There as some tissue and trash behind each nightstand that we only saw because we had to move nightstands to plug in our phone charger. Other than that the room was clean. The in door/outdoor pool and hot tub were both clean and relaxing. We would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. The stay was great except the carpet in the room was nasty. They allow pets which is great but you can smell the pet urine in the rooms. Since they are so pet friendly they should probably update their flooring

There was a big cheat at check in. I get charged a deposit fee for amenities. Then they hand us beers and insist they have to open them. Then we are told we have to be charged 5 each for the beer and it will come out of the deposit. The next night returning at 3 minutes after midnight they say sorry no beers after 12. But you get charged anyway again 5 each. When bill comes 10 not 5!!!

Drive up parking for registration blocked by staff car. At check in I was told my credit card no good but had 4500.00 credit available and worked everywhere else. But then had another. But the worse the Big scam. They say they will take a deposit for amenities. Then they hand you beers and open them saying it is mandatory to take one every night. 1 for each person 10 each beer!!

Very grateful for the security parking as I’m moving across country with all my belongings also, great section of restaurants in the area incredible decor, and atmosphere as well as very kind staff highly recommend!! oh also best part ever… Literally the most pressure I’ve ever had in a shower. I’ve taken two and it’s only been four hours since I’ve been here lol the best shower ever.🙏🙏👌

The nativo was beautiful as soon as you walk in. Elevator and the air conditioning in the rooms needs to be updated as well. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Positives: I loved the motif of the property. One could tell that in its "heyday" it must of been something. The rooms all had an artist painting on the walls with a description about the artist and explanation about the painting on the back of the door. It was very convenient to restaurants, I25 which made it easy to get around. The staff was nice, helpful and polite. Negatives: The room set up was very dated, with an old bath tub in the shower, no updated computer hooks up (usb c ports, for example), the air conditioner was very loud and hard to sleep. The lobby was beautiful, but completely empty. No restaurant or bar. What a waist. The elevator floor carpet was very old and dirty and there was a soft spot on the floor which was concerning.
