Location is great and the design of Hotel Chaco is

Got rebooked fran chclaco to another hotel that is much less interesting and upscale. Was looking forward To hotel Chaco specifically.

The hotel was a breath of fresh air. Great location, service and amenities . I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was very cold. Too austere for me. Would have preferred a carpeted room.

This was probably the friendliest, most accommodating hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff were all wonderful, they made valet parking and finding local attractions very easy, and they were happy to help with any questions we might have. It was just such a lovely stay in a lovely hotel.

The unique Native design together with the many exhibits of Native artists from different tribes makes this hotel a one in a time experience.

This is by far the best Hotel for business travelers in Albuquerque. If you are not bound by a tight budget, there is no better choice. The staff is quite friendly, helpful and well-informed. The architecture is wonderfully unique, capturing much of the essence of the earliest residents of New Mexico. The rooms are bright, very functional, with top-shelf bath amenities and comfortable beds and high-quality linens. Great dining spot on the roof of the 5th floor.

Unique architecture, super clean rooms and facilities, helpful and friendly staff, great restaurant with views of the Downtiwn and the Sandias, best hotel in Albuquerque, by wide margin.

Wonderful accommodation and great staff that was helpful

Really nice hotel, friendly and accommodating staff (though if they could've given us more tips and tricks on getting to/from the Balloon Fiesta, that would've been helpful for us first timers!), clean facilities

Beautiful hotel . Location convenient to many local attractions. Rooftop restaurant and bar - spectacular!

Beautiful room with a comfy bed. Great views from the roof deck.

We had a spacious king room with a large balcony which was wonderful for reading or just relaxing. The decor is a very contemporary, boutique version of Southwestern decor. Nothing trite about it. And the Serenity Garden behind the lobby, with the water feature, is a very relaxing space to sit in. The restaurant on the 5th (top) floor continues the concept, with a small, but varied menu. There is a large open area for having cocktails or dinner, or you can eat inside in the air-conditioning. Try the vegetarian entry. If all vegetarian meals were this tasty, more people might be vegetarians!

Exceptional blend of modern and native american styles. Incredibly friendly staff. The best hotel customer service experience I've ever had, due to their friendly and helpful texting. The whole stay was just perfect.
