there were no parking spots, and i was told to park across the main street where ever i could find, then walk to the hotel at 9 pm with young children. pool was very small, and over crowded both days. we didn't go swimming after all. the breakfast was horrible, they served us burnt pancakes. elevator was out of order on 3rd floor, had to walk all our heavy luggage down 3 flights of stairs.

I stay at this hotel very often and parking at night is always an issue. But this time it was absolutely terrible. They had a party Saturday night and not only couldn’t I park in the hotel parking or the parking lot of the business next door I had to park across the street and then try to cross a very busy street. The hotel staff said there was nothing they could do. Terrible. They should have posted someone at the parking lot entrance and only allowed registered guests to park in the parking lot and made the party guests park elsewhere.

Close to the Interstate. Easy to book online. The hotel looks new and the rooms are great. There's no continental breakfast but they there is a restaurant downstairs to buy food. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

It was right off the highway so we heard road noise ALL NIGHT. We chose this hotel for the kids because it had a water slide which was not open since the lifeguard had left. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

Excellent hotel, excellent location (near to many places to have lunch or dinner) also near costco, sams and near to the balloon festival. The room was very comfortable.

Easy to find, contains swimming pool and fair restaurant. Great hotel for families.

We loved that this hotel was right next to Cliff's Amusement and that we got a discount mentioned by the front desk. My 8 year old son loved the indoor pool and it was a really sweet gesture for one of the managers to turn on the slide for a couple of slides because the slide is apparently closed during the week. That was the number one reason we chose this hotel. Overall it was a nice hotel and room.

this holiday inn represents the newly upgraded HI experience. Rooms were great, hotel was attractive, service was super. However, two concerns. Avoid any room near the elevators. They make noise all through the night and it is very loud in those rooms. the other is out of the hotels control, but be aware. Albuq freeways are under construction in the north part of the city and getting on/off is a major pain. This hotel, in particular, is at a very heavily deconstructed exit and at times, virtually impossible to get in and out of. That was a major pain.

Nearly every place provides a continental breakfast, but not this particular Holiday Inn. We managed, but do look forward to heading down to the breakfast "mess hall." There were a few stains on the room carpet, hopefully water... Otherwise, all good. Staff was very professional and accommodating. Printed directions, allowed early check-in, provided extra room coffee packets, and provided service with a smile.

It was a nice hotel. However I had rented a room there to swim and use the water slide. The pool was small and way way way overcrowded . My kids couldn't use the water slide because of the crowd and all the restrictions. I would stay again for location but only if I didn't have my children

I will stay here on my next time in alburqurque for sure

I think the TV should be a little less hard to work. Accidently bought 2 movies due to all the info that is on the TV . Unable to get just regular channels. Pillows were really uncomfortable. Also was being billed for second night after I had already paid . But hopefully it gets credit to my account. Per General mgr. he was going to take care of it. Overall nice stay.

good, comfortable, pool too busy with kids, comfortable beds

Nice clean room in a terrible location. I think it has something to do with booking through Orb.tz and how they allocate rooms, but we ended up right next to the elevators. It was a late checking and I was too tired to move or fight it. Next time I'll make sure I ask where the room is before I settle in. Lost sleep listening to the elevators go up and down. No breakfast included!!! Also, be aware they only run the slide in the pool on Saturday. Should have booked the Dr.ry Inn across the freeway instead. If anything it would be easier to get in and out of because this hotel is hidden behind a semi-truck dealership.

No regrets staying here. Very helpful staff (gave us balloon week info, places to eat, etc.) Room was clean and bed was comfy. No complaints. Would stay here again.

Not a new place but rooms were nice. Staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful.

Front desk staff unable to fix TV issues and had to move to another room at 9pm at night.

Pleasant, very clean the rooms were nice and front desk was courteous and helpful.

easy to check in & out staff was personable very clean & comfortable room

People at the desk were very pleasant but didn't always have the answer and did not offer to get the answer.
