Could not check in earlier- even though I called and was told I could check in at 2:00. Balloon Fiesta weekend and they did not accommodate earlier check in!! Both phones in room did not work . Good parking . Restaurants only open certain hours - not convenient. Entry difficulty.

The initial greeting was less than hospitable. Got in a lil early around 2:30pm and I understand there is a check in time but lit could’ve been warmer. When I did check (later) different person, very hospitable! One elevator was broken the other one sounded like it was heading there. The room was good. Clean, comfortable and set with amenities.

Service was great but the elevator was not working correctly. Stains in the carpet. Microwave did not work, phone did not work. Room smelled awful. I could tell they were trying to improve this hotel but with the strip club right next to it, I hope they do better.

The coffee maker was broken and it took over 24 hours to replace. Only one elevator was working, and it made a lot of strange noises. Room 526 had slow drain problems in the tub. Hoped for better results, especially with premium Balloon Weekend rates being charged.
