Breakfast in morning and also had a light supper in the evening,
Clean, nice staff and great location. Staff left a little Valentine's box of candy on my door on February 14th. It was nice surprise on returning to room after a busy day.
Good overall location and convenient. Recently remodeled so everything feels new. Should overhaul the AC units in every room. Had funny smell coming from the units.
Hotel is good. They require this field and I'm done w/ the review.
Hotel was under construction. Still made due though although it seemed a bit crowded due to the closed off areas. The benefit was that the room was updated and very clean.
The hotel was undergoing renovation. While our room was clean, we felt the lobby, hallways, and elevators needed a good cleaning.
Awesome trip awesome hotel...very awesome overall!!
Had 2 rooms. one was a suite with 2 king beds and living room. Very well kept. Kitchen limited on supplies. No cork screw, but front desk was able to help. Second room stuck with smoking which was awful. Hotel was full so couldn't move. Had to buy fabreeze and spray in air conditioner cause the filters were smoke inhabited. Breakfast was good. Not enough waffle makers on weekends. Pool nice enough, clean not to chlorinated.
The hotel staff was very friendly, and the cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding. The breakfast was pretty good especially considering it was free. Overall, a great experience, and the location couldn't have been better. I will definitely be heading back next time we find ourselves in Albuquerque.
I'm pretty picky on where I stay, so I was hesitant to stay at a different hotel that Im accustomed to. The location was awesom and it's close to everything, dining, shopping, and the interstate is about a mile away. From the looks on the outside, this hotel looked pretty nice. The staff was friendly and the place was well cleaned. We stayed on the 6th floor, and the elevator is on the very east end and our room was on the very west...a very long walk when you're tired from shopping all day. The room was nice, but needed some improvements. With the advances in electronics, you would think that they would have USB chargers. Plus the bathroom needed a vent, very humid from the shower. The AC worked great, kept us cool when the weather was 100 degrees outside. all in all, I would stay here again, but it just needs a few updates.
The pool was clean, the food was great, & the staff was superb! The location is PERFECT, especially if you plan to do any shopping. However it's within easy access to the interstate as well, making it perfect no matter where you plan to go or what you plan to do. Breakfast was also great. All the equipment and facilities were in good working order and the entire staff was neat, and clean. I will refuse to stay anywhere else but here! Only negative comment I have is the WiFi was horribly slow, and Albuquerque LTE is even worse.
Great hotel. I've stayed here a couple times because of the great experiencees I've had. Great rooms, with plenty of space to get things done. If I'm there for a long time, I can cook my own meals right in the room which I love. Great breakfast in the mornings and close to everything i need. You should stay here!
I have stayed here several times before. Reasons I love the hotel: it has a functioning kitchen/sitting area with each room. Blackout curtains for those sunny New Mexican days. Wonderful hot breakfast included and light supper if you are just too tired to walk across the street to great resturants. Very clean. Rooms with 2 double beds--one bed is firm and one is soft. Staff has always been kind, helpful and pleasant no matter if it is packed full Balloon Festival time or a weekend in other months. Great to walk across the street to a huge shopping mall and a few blocks to the other giant mall. I'll keep coming back as long as they are there.
Very nice visit. Friendly, professional staff; great breakfast, great location.
Accomodations (beds, maintenance, etc.) were excellent and classic. Breakfast buffet was rather boring. On 3rd morning found coffee carafe in dishwasher rather than on coffee-maker, along with cups and glasses--made me feel like hospitality was no longer a priority.
Close to shopping, clean and new
