The stsff was very helpful and always accessible. The rooms were nice and welcoming.

The room itself is beautiful and clean. The lobby is amazing, as well. The beds were too firm and they don't include free breakfast. But that won't deter me from staying again or recommending someone to stay here.

I had visited this hotel before, for business. Decided to stay here when traveling with family. Mainly because the staff is so friendly and the hotel is clean/well maintained.

The staff was very accommodating. I will stay here anytime I’m in NM.

Was very nice dog friendly. Staff were wonderful and helpful.

Very nice hotel, was very close to the Balloon Fiesta. Very convenient!

There are NO QUEEN BEDS in the entire hotel! Despite what Orbitz/Expedia says, this hotel does not have any rooms with two queen beds. If you book a room with two queens, you'll get two doubles. If you complain, they'll tell you there is nothing they can do. There are literally no rooms with queen beds. If you request a roll away, they'll tell you they can't provide one because it will violate code. I would have never booked a room here, if I was told they only had double beds. I feel like I was suckered - the ol' bait-n-switch. More correctly, it was blatant FALSE ADVERTISING! What's more, after stating the above on a check-in survey, someone went in and modified my reservation on Orbitz. They removed the "2 queen beds" statement from the room description. Fortunately, I still have an email copy. I am seriously considering writing a letter to the NM Attorney General about my experience at this hotel. They appear to be actively swindling people, and then when they are caught, they try to cover their tracks. Crooks!

The cleaning staff was not thorough...left empty glasses on TV stand. Did not restock towels, washcloths, etc. 1 of 2 TV's did not work. Extremely slow drain in tub/shower. Called several times over 45 minute period asking for towels at the pool...they finally showed up as we were leaving wet and cold. Flooring around pool extremely slippery even while walking...not safe at all. I won't stay at this hotel again.

Check in was good, the room was kind of small, especially the restroom. The bathroom door almost touches the toilet it's so small. The rooms do not have free WiFi (huge bummer), I ended up having to use my data and went over my limit. I understand this was my fault but I wouldn't have had that issue if the rooms had free WiFi. The worse part is they took over three weeks to put back the extra $103.11 they took out on top of the room. I called and they said 5 business days but I barely got it back yesterday May 6th, 2017. I checked out April 19th, 2017. I'm not staying there again.

Very professional staff. Better than some hotels I've stayed at in "big cities."

Bad matrix bad service noise are obvious staff especially in the lobby are not willing to help. Restaurant manual not many choices

Nothing to add. Do not badger me to spend more time than I desire on this survey

Simply put, this hotel is disgusting. The suite that was booked was so small that the bed almost filled the entire bedroom. But on top of that it was covered in dust, the vents were clogged with dust, and the bathroom had dirt and dust in the corners. The bathroom was the same level of a Motel 6 -- and made for midgets. At 6'1 my head was touching the top of the shower, the shower head was at my check level and required me to squat to even get my head under the water. This hotel clearly is old and in much need of an update.

We really enjoyed the hotel. The staff were friendly for the most part. We really appreciated the fact when we arrived late after the balloon fest, they allowed us to order dinner and relax in the lobby. Very good buffet! Nice place to unwind.

I had a taxi call for 6:30 AM & a room service order for 6:00 AM. Breakfast arrived at 6:17 WITH NO SILVERWARE!! First a breakfast delivered after 6:15 was supposed to be free. Second, when I called the front desk they rushed me a pre-pack of cheap to-go plastic utensils, including a knife that couldn't cut the French toast. One of the fork tines broke as I tried to tear the toast into manageable size bites. Room service & timing sucked. Then I'd also called for bell service to get my bags before the 6:30 taxi arrived. Did I get it? No! Taxi arrived, & I was forced to go to lobby to get my own cart... and there was the bellman waiting for the elevator at 6:35. Really a disappointing experience... also no courtesy hotel - airport shuttle. So add a $30 taxi to the cost of an executive suite for an exhausted traveler needing to get to the airport by 7 AM.

Good stay. Unfortunately, Could hear our neighbors next door.
