Did not like parking fee!

Housekeeping issues. On a 4 night stay, they missed housekeeping 2 days in a row.

It was nice

Plumbing not working properly has been an issue every time we stay here and it is getting annoying. We do report it and they say they will work on it.

The room we stayed in was HOT. We tried to use the thermostat but it wouldnt get any cooler. We had to prop open our door to circulate some air. When i told the front desk, she asked me "did you adjust the thermostat?" I laughed, of course we did! Other than that, it was a good stay.

The design was so unique. We were treated very well. I wish the water fall had been running

$10 charge for parking! Ridiculous. I will find somewhere else to stay and park in the future!

The manner in which the fuest services team dealt with us was dismissive and did not have ourroom ready when were there after check-in time.
