Albuquerque Marriott Pyramid North

3.5 out of 5.0

Check in was good, the room was kind of small, especially the restroom. The bathroom door almost touches the toilet it's so small. The rooms do not have free WiFi (huge bummer), I ended up having to use my data and went over my limit. I understand this was my fault but I wouldn't have had that issue if the rooms had free WiFi. The worse part is they took over three weeks to put back the extra $103.11 they took out on top of the room. I called and they said 5 business days but I barely got it back yesterday May 6th, 2017. I checked out April 19th, 2017. I'm not staying there again.

Very professional staff. Better than some hotels I've stayed at in "big cities."

Bad matrix bad service noise are obvious staff especially in the lobby are not willing to help. Restaurant manual not many choices

Nothing to add. Do not badger me to spend more time than I desire on this survey

Simply put, this hotel is disgusting. The suite that was booked was so small that the bed almost filled the entire bedroom. But on top of that it was covered in dust, the vents were clogged with dust, and the bathroom had dirt and dust in the corners. The bathroom was the same level of a Motel 6 -- and made for midgets. At 6'1 my head was touching the top of the shower, the shower head was at my check level and required me to squat to even get my head under the water. This hotel clearly is old and in much need of an update.

We really enjoyed the hotel. The staff were friendly for the most part. We really appreciated the fact when we arrived late after the balloon fest, they allowed us to order dinner and relax in the lobby. Very good buffet! Nice place to unwind.

I had a taxi call for 6:30 AM & a room service order for 6:00 AM. Breakfast arrived at 6:17 WITH NO SILVERWARE!! First a breakfast delivered after 6:15 was supposed to be free. Second, when I called the front desk they rushed me a pre-pack of cheap to-go plastic utensils, including a knife that couldn't cut the French toast. One of the fork tines broke as I tried to tear the toast into manageable size bites. Room service & timing sucked. Then I'd also called for bell service to get my bags before the 6:30 taxi arrived. Did I get it? No! Taxi arrived, & I was forced to go to lobby to get my own cart... and there was the bellman waiting for the elevator at 6:35. Really a disappointing experience... also no courtesy hotel - airport shuttle. So add a $30 taxi to the cost of an executive suite for an exhausted traveler needing to get to the airport by 7 AM.

Good stay. Unfortunately, Could hear our neighbors next door.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I like that the rooms are clean, the location is convenient (e.g., close to I-25, NE Heights, West Side and UNM) and it is quite at night. The pool ammenity could use some work. Otherwise, a pretty good stay for the price.

I stayed one night at this hotel. Room was clean, Staff are all nice and helpful. There is nice bar in the lobby. I will choose this hotel again, when I got business trip to here.

We had a good experience there, they were good enough to save us a room because we got in late, but it is not the room that we had booked. we booked at king size bed and we got two queens. My husband call down to the front desk they said we can give a free breakfast we that was fine. the next morning we went down to eat ever thing was fine until we got are bill. Our waitres Karen gave us are bill did not explain any thing to us so we had to wait 10 mins for here to came back to us and I had to ask her about she explain it. Karen said all you have to do is leave a 18% tip. We did not leave her a tip because she was rude and she told us that we had to leave her a tip. I think tips should be given to had working waitress. would I stay there again sure. would I eat at the hotel no most likely not I would go to a burger king or a sonic.

Was a nice night, room clean and cozy. The staff was kind and breakfast was real good.

The hotel was nice, bathroom was cramped for two but okay. The thing I disliked the most was when we looked out the window we were greeted with a wall that was at least 9 foot tall. That was very unpleasant to say the least. A view of the parking lot or an office building is better than that. I don't think we will stay there again. Location of the hotel was great, close to the balloon park. We were expecting better food and service at the resturant but were disappointed on both counts. This has been a yearly trip for us and we thought we would try a new hotel closer to the park but are going to go back to the other hotel even tho it is farther away.

Great hotel for attending Balloon Fiesta or any other event in Albuquerque. We would stay there again.

Good and everything was great. the people at the hotel did an outstanding job.

The hotel was nice, but no free wifi and no breakfast. Stayed at a less expensive Hotel with just as nice rooms with more perks. I don't think I'll stay again.

What a lovely oasis in the desert! A waterfall in the lobby, surrounded by the rooms looking onto the courtyard was a pleasant place to relax. Our room was super clean and looked to be recently renovated. The bedding was really gorgeous and simply amazingly soft and comfortable. Noticed that a brochure in the room features this bedding for sale for personal use, as in many 5 star resorts! Would highly recommend this hotel. Freeway close but super quiet and in a great location. Would be nice location for the Baloon Fiesta as well.

Staff and service was very good. No problem with early check in and late check out.

My boyfriend and I arrived after 2am, and because of the late hour, our reserved room had to be given away since we hadn't checked in. The manager on duty, however, quickly found us an available room despite the hotel being booked up. The room was extremely comfortable and quiet. I'm from Albuquerque, and I loved this location because we were able to jump on the interstate or take Paseo del Norte to any part of town we wanted to go. The best part of the location, though, is its proximity to a plaza with Dos Hermanos (best burritos in town), Starbucks, and a bunch of other food options.
