The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. We travel for work and stay months at a time so we seek out the most comfortable places to stay and a great staff makes it a even nicer stay. The rooms are roomy and beds are comfortable. The hotel is very quiet and well taken care of. However, the breakfast could be improved and the couches in the rooms are not very comfortable. Offering smart TVs in the rooms is a great idea but the tv package could be greatly improved. There are not enough channels provided. The dog area could be improved. Adding a bench to sit on or possibly a fenced area with artificial grass for the animals would be great. I have seen that at other hotels and the dogs love it. Sometimes parking is tight as I witnessed workers from the Pappadeaux restaurant parking in front of hotel and walking across parking area to work. Would stay here again if working in the area but could use some improvement. Thanks for a great stay overall. Doing a great job in most areas.
I stayed in this hotel while at a conference. It is a nice hotel in a very good location. It would have gotten a five but the breakfast is pretty bad. Not a bad place though. The staff is very friendly and the beds are comfortable. I liked the smart tv.
Room location #208 #209 and #406 King Suite with sofa bed and kitchenette Uncomfortable bed so much that none of our co-workers slept the first night. I brought it to the front desk attention the next morning and the clerk said "this is a hotel where the guests stay more than 30 days and they wear the mattresses out so no there are no better rooms with better mattresses. Our rooms costs $661 for 2 nights. I will never patronize the townplace suite brand again. It's Marriott Courtyard or Springhill Suites form now on.
We stayed here one night. The room reserved was good sized. Ready for us when we arrived. It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We had an accessible room that was very comfortable. We were able to open the window for fresh air. The free breakfast was good and well stocked. There were a number of children there. They were all quiet and well behaved. A very enjoyable stop.
Husband and I stayed overnight at this hotel to catch an early airline flight at the Albuquerque Sunport. 2 bedroom suite was of the most spacious we have experienced. Nicely appointed, functional layout exceptionally clean and comfortable. Lobby warm and welcoming, staff efficient and helpful. We no longer choose to stay in South/Airport region due to safety, crime concerns. This location was right off I-25, 10 minute trip to airport. Red Robin was in the parking lot next door, no need to drive elsewhere for a quick meal. Will return in the future, thanks for a great stay!
Friendly, helpful staff; modern, clean facility; strong services to serve longer term stays and fair pricing equals a 5 Star review. TownePlace was our transition hotel after 11 nights on the road in the southwest and another six coming up in the southeast. So....we made great use of the laundry room and were impressed with the free detergent and other supplies offered without our asking. The laundry basket in the room was a much appreciated touch. Finally, the front desk actually had rolls of quarters for the machines. Thank you! The location was freeway close and about 10 miles from the ABQ Airport. We had to be at the airport at 5 am....so we missed the free breakfast.
Really nice place to stay. Room was nice, it looked like the room would be a great place for an extended stay. We did not get to enjoy the breakfast but the area looked really nice. There were some food places nearby. I wish I could have stayed longer. I would stay again for sure.
Nice place to stay if you want to make a side trip to Santa Fe. Located north of Albuquerque it was easy to get around the ABQ and fast drive to Santa Fe. Nice clean room and quiet. Close to restaurants and a multiplex movie theatre. Breakfast was good and they had a nice variety.
I stayed here one night with my dog while passing through New Mexico. The hotel offered what I needed; a comfy bed, quiet, and clean room. It was a nice place to take a break after more than a week of non-stop road tripping. It was also in the middle of many restaurant choices. I had food delivered to me, so I wouldn't need to drive anymore, and that was a very nice perk.
Right off the I-25 freeway; easy to locate; not so easy to access interstate on completion of stay. Right behind Pappadeux's. The rooms are quiet and the staff is quite friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
