Check in was a breeze and the Staff very courteous. Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We were on the side away from the interstate and the room was quiet. Continental breakfast was OK. Parking is a little bit of a trick if you have a moving van towing a car trailer. Great restaurants within easy walking distance.

We stayed at this hotel because it scored the best (in my opinion) for Marriott hotels in the whole area. I feel the prices for ABQ hotels are high, but this one I kept checking and I got a 1 bedroom suite with a Senior Discount for $104/night. The location is difficult to get into and out of, it's a little confusing, but we got the hang of it after the first day. It is walking distance to many many restaurants. Google it, and you'll see. That in itself is worth it. One little issue we noticed was the breakfast area, although clean and stocked, the gal who serviced it the first morning had head phones (ear buds) in her ear and was constantly singing and laughing to herself, acting VERY FRIENDLY, but a little ?? People were looking at each other and her, I won't give her name her to protect her identity, but management should be aware that it was too much. But, saying that, she was CONSTANTLY keeping things stocked and that is good. The breakfast is just ordinary for TownPlace, but we didn't go hungry. Our 1 bedroom King suite was really large. The kitchen, desk area, sofa was good. BUT THE TV'S! What's with the TV's??? They were like 27" and both of our TV's were like looking at sharp crystals, like they didn't have HD tv stations, and the sound was awful! Marriott, TownPlace Suites need better tv's! We stayed at 4 levels of Marriotts on this trip, from Residence Inn, SpringHill Suites, Townplace and Fairfield, and let me tell you, the TV's here are awful. Don't come here expecting to watch much tv. Also, the outlet plugs on each side of the bed, that was on the lights above the side tables, our plugs completely FELL OUT... they need new plugs!! Even the wall outlet in the bedroom had a similar issue. I had to plug my phone into the Wall away from the bed at night. Not cool! The parking is SAFE and big, and we had no problems. Rooms were clean, and nice. The lobby had 2 computers right off the front desk, and the internet was FAST, and no one ever sat there, so I sat there daily and had no problems. Fire Alarm went off while I was sitting there... so I called my daughter and my room, and told my hubby and daughter it was a false alarm. People went flying out the front door, and the Front Desk guy looked freaked out, and spent the whole time on the phone. The guy waved people back into the lobby with his arm, and I just sat there watching all this. Kinda unprofessional! I called ahead of time and spoke with Shenice who worked at the Front Desk, and I saw her while we were there, and she was VERY friendly and helpful. Good job Shenice! But, saying all this..... I would come back here again!

This hotel is right off the freeway with easy access. Several restaurants around the area. The check in was fast and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The air conditioner and water pressure were ok. The wifi worked fine. Breakfast was ok. I would probably stay here again.

You really can't beat the easy access to this great hotel and all the great places to eat within walking distance. Check-in and out is always a breeze and front desk staff are always friendly. Rooms are spacious and it is great having full fridge and microwave. The only minor problem we encountered is during our two day stay maid service didn't visit after night one. We still had plenty of clean towels and aren't messy so no big deal. However, upon packing to leave we found out they don't do a very good clean up job when they do 'clean' the room as we found a wallet left behind from previous customer under the bed. Travelers are forgetful (I know I can be) but this is really something that should have been found if a thorough cleaning had been done as it wasn't even far under the bed. Breakfast, as always, was a great spread with something for everyone and very filling!

I stayed overnight on a long cross country trip using points. The room is quite nice and there are restaurants within walking distance. We walked next door to Pappadeux, a delicious Cajun restaurant. The breakfast is a long skinny room with a couple of bars which encourages conversation. Decent breakfast spread and good coffee. I highly recommend this hotel when in the area.

Fairy new hotel, very well maintained. The personnel are very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean and the beds comfortable. The children enjoyed the pool very much. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of al least 3 good restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was very good and varied.

My wife and I enjoyed our week-long stay at this wonderful facility. The staff were exceptionally helpful and our one bedroom suite was fantastic. We enjoyed the many guests we met each morning while eating breakfast alfresco.

These rooms are super cute, functional, comfortable and the front desk staff was so nice and helpful. Marriott really got it right with this decor and room floorplan, a great place to stay on any travel.

Clean, spacious rooms. Easy check-in, good hot breakfast. We stayed on points and it did not "cost" all that much! Plenty of restaurants very close; one within very easy walking distance. We wished we had stayed another night, and we would go back in a heartbeat. Having a guest laundry was another plus. Very easy to get to it off I-25.

We spent two nights in this hotel and loved how roomy it was for our family of 5. We had two bedrooms with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa. The equipped kitchen with table and chairs was great. Our kids loved having their own room and we had plenty of space. This hotel is located north of town close to the highway so it was easy to get around.
