While the staff was great... the beds.... OMG sucked. might as well of taken the sheets and slept on the floor; it would have been more comfortable.
I'm glad I finally found a quiet, clean, and comfortable place to stay when travelling through Albuquerque. The hotel could use some TLC in places, with peeling paint in the bathroom and some minor blemishes such as that. One thing that I didn't love, but isn't the fault of the property, is that we had what I can only assume was the U.S. Roman Greco Wrestling team practicing in the room above us late into the night. After a polite request to the front desk, they were asked to be quieter, and our family was then able to rest for the remainder of the night.
Staff was great, hotel was clean. Breakfast offerings was the only think I did not enjoy
Room was great; a 2-bedroom suite that was a perfect way to keep the family together. Beds comfortable, large kitchen, big common area. Hotel was clean and staff friendly but occasionally absent. Had trouble finding someone to re-stock breakfast area when food was gone.
This hotel goes above and beyond any expectations. The staff is always here to help me. I have really enjoyed staying here. I am remebered by name by most of the staff.
