Front desk didn't seem to care there were people waiting, they were facetiming. Place was dirty, we found stains in the sheets and a few hairs and the bathroom was broken down with chipped bathrooms and a torn off toilet paper holder.

Even tho the shower was outdated and had cracked paint, everything else about our stay was pleasant.

It was okay considering it was Friday during the Balloon Fest. I wouldn't pay that rate any other time of year. Shower knobs were messed up. Floor of room was dirty. Breakfast was good. Took forever to get checked in, but staff was friendly. In room coffee pot fell apart. Decent location.

This was the only room available because it was the weekend of balloon fest. They are obviously remodeling because the room next to us was ripped apart. Our room had just been painted and the smell of paint was strong. The sink poured water from underneath the first time we used it. They fixed it pretty quickly, though. The staff was nice. The breakfast was ehh. I will go down the street to waffle house if ever I stay there again. It was just ok... certainly not worth the $130 that I had to pay.
