Our room didn't have hot water, and it took about 24 hours before we were moved to a different room. The bed frames have metal panels that clank when you roll over. The hotel allows dogs, but there's nowhere for them to go potty- just an enclosed parking lot. The rooms are not well equipped, even for a basic motel. Overall, not somewhere I would want to stay again.

Check-in was nice and helpful. However the computer was slow and seemed confusing. Took about 15-20 minutes to check us in. The room was big and bright. Bathroom door would not close. Bed was too tall.

The room was very clean and staff was very nice. I was a little concerned about the gate to park since we were there for the balloon festival and would be coming and going at odd hours. However, we never had any problems and it made me feel secure. I would stay there again.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Quiet, clean and very nice people. Rates were good. Definitely the place to stay if you want to hop right back onto I 40. Gas and food all right there.
