Nice property with what you need for an extended need; microwave, sink, plates, stove, refrigerator, eating area, and walking distance to a Whole Foods and places to eat. Bed could have been a bit more comfortable for my liking.

Terrible place, not worth the $$, can pay a bit more for spotless hotel room.

The front door looked like it had been kicked in numerous times. The blankets had holes in them and the one bed had a long curly black hair on it which is inexcusable. I would not recommend this place nor would not stay here again.

The smell on the room is not the best, the carpet needs to be replaced and the bathroom tub was clogged

Nice service at check in and check out. Clean rooms and good location to interstate.

It was clean, and a place to sleep. Definitely a no-frills motel. Fairly quiet.

It was ok for what I needed it for. Clean and close to where I needed to be. If you are not going to spend much time there, it would be ok. No pool, and no real service. They had vending machines and you could order out food. It stated that deliveries were at least a 45 minute wait. There was no Icemakers in refrig. But I just needed a place to sleep a couple of nights. Also, there was not much in the way of restaurant choices in the area.

It worked okay for one night, but was not very comfortable.

Room old and dirty no daily maid service weekly only. Have to take used towels to front desk to get clean ones everyday. Bed old and worn out bathroom not clean tv remote had duct tape holding in batteries. Noise from adjacent rooms walls very thin would not stay there again.

The location was perfect for my needs. The place was pretty quiet, clean, and everything worked as it should. Hotel staff were helpful. I had to send a package there in advance and they had it ready and waiting for me when I arrived.

My GPS took me to a warehouse area so I had to call the hotel for directions. They were very accommodating as I found it pretty easily after that. Check in was very easy and the clerk was pleasant. Parking near our room was limited, we had to park on the other side. This was a Tuesday night so it was actually pretty quiet. The rooms are older but seemed clean at first. We didn't smell smoke, just a typical musty hotel room. There was a kitchenette with a fridge, stove and microwave. There were a few dishes and utensils. We pulled back the covers on the bed and found some stains on the fitted sheet. We asked for a replacement and they brought it right up. The reason for the low rating was that later we started seeing baby roaches on the counter and in the bathroom. It was late and we were very tired so we decided to stay. We put our luggage back in the car and only grabbed a few items we needed. The bed was not very comfortable and I awoke with terrible back pain. The price was pretty good but you definitely get what you pay for. We would not stay here again

They rescheduled my booking date because of the weather. No additional charge. Clean accommodations. Safe environment. Everything you need, including well supplied kitchenette.

me and my husband were staying there because our apt wasn't ready to move in one week turned into two, they were not very friendly at the front desk but we got a really good deal for price we paid it was worth it... except having to go to the office for TP and towels and flagging down housekeeping to borrow the vacuum, other than that it was a good stay.

My stay was nice. It was nice and quiet. I was able to do laundry. The staff was nice and helped when needed. Loved how clean and tidy the room was..

The rooms are very clean an the staff is friendly. No pool or hot tub so you'll need to go to your own gym bug otherwise, a great getaway.

I have to go to Albuquerque twice a month to see my husband (a disabled veteran receiving treatment at the VA) so this hotel was a great find! We were able to save a bundle by cooking our meals in the kitchenette. it was obviously newly renovated. the room was perfect for the 3 days we stayed there. a little too small for any more than that. the staff was very helpful and friendly. Take paper towels, dish soap and an extra towel if possible. I probably would not pay more than $50 per night.

I've stayed at this Suburban Extended Stay a few times, and it is consistently worth the money. Staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are comfortable if and clean. The kitchenette has a few plates/bowls, utensils, pots/pans, but don't expect too much in the way of extras (bring your own soap). Staff did happily provide iron when requested. Maybe best of all is that it is a block off major streets and I-40 access but is always a quiet place, and that includes neighbors. This is not a rowdy, residential place but a well maintained extended stay hotel.

The room was dirty, bathroom fan did not work, the kitchen still has pieces of dried food on the cutting board & smelled like onions. There was only one saucer place, one bowl but had 2 plates & 2 cups. We had 3 towels but only 1 face towel and no wash clothes or dish rag. There was a small amount of tissue on roll with no extra roll. The windows would not open & one had a crack all the way across the top. I stayed 1st night but asked to be refunded for 2nd night first thing in the morning after the 1st night but was told I could check out but will not be refunded for 2nd night
