Great choice for roadtrip stay.

Safe clean stay on a cross country road trip. Felt very safe and night shift does rounds in the parking lot as well which was nice. Room was large and clean. Simple but expected for the price. Kitchenette was nice to reheat some food we grabbed at the whole foods down the road. Cat greets you in the lobby which was a highlight for me.

Don’t stay there

The room was dirty. My wife is handicapped and could not get her upstairs. They no elevator. I told the front desk I needed to cancel and they said ok, I tried for a refund and was denied because they said I was there 45 mins and they couldn’t have house keeping clean room I told them it was dirty not from us. Anyway this was worse than any motel I’ve stayed in.

Ok stay

I reserved a room with two beds and only got a king. They charge for coffee even for the second night stay. Parking is very limited. The location is good and fenced. They have great cable TV.

One particular front desk clerk ruins this hotel.

Everything about the hotel and stay was great except for a couple big things that still haven't been resolved. First off I had some issues with the card I was using as they said I couldn't use it due to it not being in my name. This was the second day mind you. I said ok and could they key in a card number because I have a card in my name however it was a virtual card and I don't have the physical card. The desk clerk looked at me and says "sir I'm sorry but we can't be conducting business this way." As if I was trying to swindle him in some way. The card I used belonged to a friend who just hadnt been able to make it down there and I asked about the virtual card in hopes of saving HIM the wasted time and get his hotel paid up without an issue. I'm not sure why the attitude was given. He then told me we would just keep everything the same for one more night and IF I was allowed to stay further I would have to pay cash. The clerk the first day however told me it HAD to be on a card. So I don't know which one is correct however in the end of all of this the room was left in EXCELLENT condition but needless to say I have still not received my deposit back from the stay. I intend on calling them to follow this issue up today, but I did not like the way I was treated as some kind of common theif or pickpocket as if I was attempting to scam a few bucks off of him personally. That left a rather bitter taste in my mouth overall so IF I stay here again it will be with serious caution!

Nice room with a small kitchen. Well appointed. Hidden off the main drag and quiet. A cat greets you when you go into the lobby. Towels are soft ( unusual for this price range)
