The remote to the TV didn’t work had to get that exchanged. The TV was black-and-white. We told them they did not fix it. Our key cards didn’t work the first night after we got back had to get those re-scanned. Breakfast was the same thing every morning. The staff was great and the room was clean.

We had a terrible experience with this stay. The individual in the room next to us was shouting, laughing and swearing from 8pm until 12 or later. After knocking on the door, there was no response.At 11:30 I went down to the desk for help. He said he’d call the room. I don’t know if he did or not, but the noise continued. Then at 4:00 we were awakened by the air conditioner screeching. It took me 5 minutes to shut it off. The next morning we went down to breakfast and tried to get a cup of coffee. There were four dispensers and they were all empty. Apparently there was no coffee started in the back room so it took over 10 minutes for the coffee to be made. So, we went to make pasta while we waited, and that wasn’t working either because there was no batter. On checking out, I asked to speak to the manager, and there was no manager on site. We will never stay there again and probably not at a Baymont again.

The room was very comfortable and clean The staffwas friendlyand helpful. The only downer was no ice maker on each floor. It looks like they used to have them. Very good breakfast. The pancake maker was a little slow. Maybe a waffle maker would be faster when there are many people waiting to have breakfast.
