We were in town for the balloon festival and this was one of the closer hotels. The outside is a bit dated but as soon as you walk in the lobby is very clean and nice. We had a king size bed room and the room however felt like a studio apartment. It had a living room as well as a bedroom. We couldn’t believe the space and amenities. The room was very clean, one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on while traveling. Received excellent service at the front desk for check in and check out. If you plan to stay in Albuquerque for more than a day or two this is the place to stay! Regardless i would recommend this hotel to anyone. I know if we are ever back in the area we would book here again.

No AC, not clean, scary part of town, staff was not kind or helpful, after reserving and paying on orbitz they asked for an additional $200!! It was super shady and uncomfortable. We left immediately.

Our first room had bed bugs. Abandoned cars and trucks in lot missing tires hood up.Hallways smelled stale and chemical like a deodeodorizer. Front sign horrible looking. They did make provisions to hold cartons of kidney dialysis supplies until my check in. Gave us a suite room after bed bug incident.

The place is a total dump from the outside and some parts on the inside. They don't even have a permanent sign up.In the hallway of the first floor, the ceiling is peeled away, moldy, and falling down over the soda machine that is out of order-no surprise. The owners should spend some money on the place! My suite was dated,BUT I couldn't have asked for more in the room. Had a frig, micro, iron, 2 TV's. Housekeeping staff did excellent job. Breakfast every morning during balloon fiesta was excellent!

It is in a nice location, however needs renovations and more modern TV. Also, a small refrigerator in the room would add to the quality and experience. Additional Electrical plugs should be added near the bed for sleep apnea medical equipment.

We almost didn't go in. Driving up, the outside was so dilapidated and rundown, we seriously thought about just forgoing our reservation and eating the night's payment. But when we went in, the lobby was nice and the staff person at the front desk was so personable that we decided to just go up and look. The poor outside condition continued going up the stairs and the outside door was broken. But we persevered and we're glad we did. Inside our suite it was clean and comfortable! In this case, the adage of "not choosing a book by its cover" was absolutely proven true!

Great staff, dated but clean and comfortable rooms with nice beds, would stay again.

the room was not very clean but the staff was responsive and complied with our requests promptly. the bed was very, very comfortable. the hot breakfast was simple but good. good value for the money.

Front desk did not gave our reservation. No clearly lit sign in parking lot. Buckets in lobby to catch water. —during a drought??!! Room was dated & abused. Furniture was stained & dirty. Dressers had no hardware pulls. Fan was so loud you couldnt hear the TV. Refrig was warm and curtains were torn up. Bad experience. Definitely would NOT recommend!!

It was a great price, quiet area and easy to access.

They pass the hairdryer out at the front desk as so many of them have been stolen. Left with wet hair, limited tv channels, hard bed, small pillows

Played a lot of golf, fine food, nice quiet facility, free breakfast could use some more choices, but good.

Getting a little worn but it is kept clean and was good value for the price. Size of the room was larger than expected.

The shower had very little water pressure. The valve to control water temperature is quite odd. One can get cold water at a decent pressure, and lukewarm water at low pressure. So, do not expect to take a comfortable, hot shower.

Very good value for the money. Clean and well maintained. A little noisy from traffic and the hot water was at best luke warm. Much better than the 2-star rating given.

A smoke free room was reserved. The room had only recently been deoderized for cigarette smoke. The hallways reeked of cigarettes. As a balloon pilot, I requested a 1st floor room to facilitate moving equipment to and from the room. Instead, I was put on the 2nd floor. Additionally, my crew chief paid for the room in full, only to discover later ABQ Fiesta would cover the cost at a prearranged hotel discount (50). Quality Inn would not refund the other 50. Overall, not a great experience.

Hotel stay was very good overall and nearest to dining places for selection
