Getting a little worn but it is kept clean and was good value for the price. Size of the room was larger than expected.

The shower had very little water pressure. The valve to control water temperature is quite odd. One can get cold water at a decent pressure, and lukewarm water at low pressure. So, do not expect to take a comfortable, hot shower.

Very good value for the money. Clean and well maintained. A little noisy from traffic and the hot water was at best luke warm. Much better than the 2-star rating given.

A smoke free room was reserved. The room had only recently been deoderized for cigarette smoke. The hallways reeked of cigarettes. As a balloon pilot, I requested a 1st floor room to facilitate moving equipment to and from the room. Instead, I was put on the 2nd floor. Additionally, my crew chief paid for the room in full, only to discover later ABQ Fiesta would cover the cost at a prearranged hotel discount (50). Quality Inn would not refund the other 50. Overall, not a great experience.

Hotel stay was very good overall and nearest to dining places for selection

Good stay. Room , hotel clean and cordial. Breakfast better than normal. Only problem was Wi-Fi not very accessible. Very weak . Never able to access more than a few minutes one time.

The hotel is located close to the highway and lots of restaurants/shops. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is friendly and helpful. Great place to stay for a visit to Albuquerque.

Staff was courteous and the room was very clean, Te bed was very comfortable. The amenities were only so-so. A microwave and fridge would have been nice, but since I was there only for one night, I kept my water bottles cold in the ice bucket. The hot breakfast. is excellent - much better than most other hotel chains.

Suite was very big with a door to seperate the bedroom. A sink by the microwave and refridgerator would have been nice. Two flat screen tvs were a nice plus. Free hot breakfest was very good.

There were only 2 negative issues: The water did not flow out of the tub well when taking a shower. We called and asked to fix, but they couldn't fix it. The noise level was worse than most places

it was an nice place staff was helpful good place to call out have your food deliever to your room

We stay in Albuquerque quite a lot, so we have stayed at a lot of different places. This place had by far the best hot breakfast (we stayed on the weekend). The attention to details like a fitted bottom sheet instead of another flat sheet tucked in, really made the difference. A place to do my nightly walk on the treadmill, was also greatly appreciated. The only thing I do usually look for that they don't offer is an indoor pool, which would have make it perfect. All of this at a reasonable price and what more could be asked for.

This hotel was comfortable and clean. The decor in the room was pretty outdated, but the bathroom was clean and well-equipped. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of foods; unfortunately some of the hot foods were not great, but there were other things to choose from...good coffee. The staff were friendly and helpfull. I think it was fairly priced. The location was good in terms of closeness to airport and shopping areas.

Very nice rooms. Excellent free breakfast. AC a little noisy.

It was different and hospitable but needed a little more attention to details. Lacked any real wow factor!

small but comfortable room, hot breakfast included, a very good value The swimming pool is out front of the hotel by the freeway not a great atmosphere

We went to the balloon fiesta, Old Town and Sandia Peak Ski and Tramway. The Clarion was very well located between these activities. We did not have a car and walked to the fiesta. I would liked to have a shuttle available from the Hotel to different locations like the airport, that was one of the drawbacks. Staying here was nice and was a great view of the balloons from the room.

Our first nights experience was Terrible. We stayed on the second floor and it seemed like there was a 500lb gorilla above us. We could here them walking back and forth all night till 12am. I called the front desk and they said they had no other rooms we could switch to (unlikely since there were not that many cars parked outside). Second night, they did move us to the third floor and it was much better. Will not stay here again unless I get a third floor room.

Full breakfast included was really nice.
