Other than the fact that our room was too small, everything else was great

New and clean, site convenient, breakfast in a small box

Hotel rooms were very clean and the staff is very friendly!

The thermostat in the room did not work at all and it was 75 degrees in the room and my wife and I could not sleep at all as we were burning up.

As expected, not as nice as a Holiday Inn for the same price.

Under construction, the window blinds were odd.The breakfast selection was lacking.

The water never heated so I could take a shower. It was stone cold even after running it for 10 minutes.

Front desk staff very rude. Two people in line checking in ahead of me offered their choice of rooms on various floors, as soon as I got up to the front the girl checking people in got a text and suddenly was very rude to me. No water offered like the other people, and she stuck me in the worst room location the hotel had, as a result I got very little sleep. Later when I was walking by she was complaining within customer earshot to another employee that she thought her boyfriend was cheating on her, and going on and on about it. I get that we all have personal problems, but hers affected guest experience. I will never stay at another Hampton Inn.

Clean and very friendly hotel. I would stay here again if I do another road trip.

Great stay and a decent price. We love the beds and pillows, but really they are super soft!

Very helpfull staff on the front for checking process.

Nice staff. Was traveling to San Diego and just stopped overnight.

A bit run down and old. The wifi didn't connect and the heating and air unit is an old style wall unit.

The hotel was great for the money and location. Ample parking spaces, and great customer service.

room was clean, relatively quiet. The only problem I had was with a desk clerk who kept keying in my key for only one night so when I arrived late at night back at the hotel to so to see, the key would not work. That happened two out of five nights

Met my expectations for a reasonable, clean hotel.

Do not like the due vies for a cover...much too warm. Prefer having an ordinary blanket and a bedspread.

We were visiting friends who had moved to Albuquerque. This hotel was recommended because it was close to where our friends lived. It was also close to Route 66, the University of NM, and the highway. It also wasn't too far from the airport. Overall, a great location for us. We spent the week seeing the sights in the city, as well as heading to Taos, Santa Fe and out to the desert and mountains. Getting to the highway was easy. The hotel provided a very good breakfast. I was expecting a simple Continental Breakfast, but there was a good self serve buffet with plenty of choices each day. Nice! Also, the hotel was near plenty of restaurants. A short trip down the famed Route 66 offered a dazzling selection. Although, restaurants tended to close early (at 9:00 PM) in this town for some reason. Always good to check first. I was impressed with the room. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was better than most hotels I have visited. It was rather roomy and the layout was good. We had some issues with the shower settings, but this may have been our doing. The water pressure was surprisingly good. One night, there was an argument in the hallway by some of the guests. Hotel staff was quick to come up and silence this. The coffee available with the coffee maker in the room was rather dire. However, the coffee offered in the lobby was quite good. Overall, I was quite pleased with the hotel. It was a great place to collapse each night after driving around exploring the amazing sights of New Mexico.
