Stayed October 2017 for a long weekend of family business. The location was convenient to all that ABQ has to offer. There are many restaurants to choose from nearby as well. The management and staff are very courteous and helpful- A+! They offered a varied breakfast buffet that was well maintained- and included. The hotel is Marriott quality as you would expect. There was security present, so the building and parking area felt safe with no problems experienced. The property is well maintained and clean. I will definitely stay again. Thanks!

The staff was excellent... friendly, helpful and efficient! Room not only was clean, but smelled clean. The evening reception was nicely presented and attended well. The only thing that could have used improvement was the breakfast service. Although the food presentation area was clean and readily filled, the guest tables were not cleaned promptly and no highchair for toddler... Overall a great stay!!

I just got back from a week stay at this hotel. When I arrived at the airport, I called for the shuttle and by the time I got my luggage the gentleman was outside waiting on me. I booked a one bedroom fireplace suite. The hotel and room was very clean. There is a pool and hot tub, which I used once. There is a very nice fitness center. There is also a laundry room that has plenty of washers and dryers. The front desk staff was very friendly during my entire stay. Breakfast was excellent. Three nights a week, the hotel offers a mixer with food and beverages. If you are having to use the bus system, there is a bus stop at the end of the parking lot. If I am ever back in town, I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is nice, but for a three night stay, we had $1360 worth of pending charges. They have some whacky accounting they do that the clerk was trying to explain. They do something on Fridays, so at our check-in on Thursday, they put $810 pending. On Saturday, they put another $550 pending. The clerk said it would take 3-5 days to catch up and bill our account correctly for the $750 that we actually owed. Also, beware of the crime problem in the area. We were panhandled in their parking lot. The clerk said, "oh yea, was it a brown car?" - so they know about it. A car was broken into while we were there. According to an employee, it happens "all the time". There seems to be no security that was visible.

We were a bit disappointed with the pool area and gym. Usually the facilities are much nicer. We also had a few issues with our room. There was a very strong odor of some kind of chemical or perfume in the room and even though we opened all the windows we could not get rid of the smell, in their defense, I did not complain about the smell until checkout, but they did not seem too surprised when it was brought to their attention. We also had a problem with our toilet not flushing properly and just as we were ready to check out it plugged completely. We stayed at the Sleep Inn across the road for the first part of our vacation and for 1/3 of the price it had a much better breakfast and free evening snacks. The shuttle service to the hotel however, was excellent and very convenient.

The hotel is conveniently located about a mile from the airport. The lobby is your typical Residence inn. Check was quick and easy. Room was as to be expected. All furnishing and carpet appeared to be in like new condition. Paint and wall coverings were clean and fresh. The breakfast bar was well attended and the food was as to be expected. I will stay here again when I return for future meetings.

It was an ok stay but 2 things really threw me off. Check in No real concerns but they are a Marriott that doesn't have the mobile check in keys ready when you arrive. Didn't take long but still. Room I was given a corner 2 bedroom suite that was very clean. Bathroom Hot water took forever. I had to wait for both sink and shower to get hot. TV They have about 40 channels but the printed guide they leave in the room is incorrect. Internet Was actually a decent connection. Area There are a handful of mostly chain restaurants close. You could walk. Parking This was more of an annoyance but they were refinishing the parking lot so half of it was closed. A heads up would have been appreciated. I ended up parking on the street and walking. Breakfast This really got me. The attendant was serving the cut fruit with bare hands. NO gloves! Gross. As soon as I witnessed I tossed all the cooked food and ate yogurt. Also forgot the hot food wasn't ready until 630am. Overall the it was clean but the attendant using their hands will make sure I never return.

This hotel is near the airport for easy departure. Shuttle and friendly driver were very helpful. The rooms were nice, the staff was friendly, breakfast was adequate. It was easy to find off the interstate and a straight shot to the airport. Would stay here again.

Friendly staff with average rooms and amenities. I would stay here again. They did not have the receptions that most Residence Inns have. Exercise room was in good condition. Shuttle service to and from airport but does not operate in the very early morning. I was a little disappointed when I came into the hotel on several occasions that there was no greeting - even from the general manager. A "hello, how are you" goes a long way.

I have been patronizing this hotel since 2004 and have been noticing subtle a decline in the upkeep and condition of the guest rooms. During my recent stay the bath towels were gray/dingy and stringy. The television in my bedroom was not functioning the screen flashed signal not available. General cleanliness standards are no longer met. During my second morning I awoke to find many dead baby cockroaches scattered in front of the vanity area and in the toilet/shower area. I informed the desk clerk who prompted me to call the manager later as she was not available. Not the customer service I expected. I received no contact from the manager. I will be taking my business elsewhere. The NM State Environmental Services was contacted as this is a public health concern.
