i like the sunset view from the pool. unfortunately, the pool wasnt open while i was there

Nice room safe area. Clean

The hotel is clean and Nice. But we arrived on a Friday night and there was no valet available. I had to beg for a luggage trolly to be let out for me because the one valet on duty was busy attending to other guests and he wasn’t technically allowed to give them directly to guests. The pool hours were inconvenient for guests with small children. Little kids wake up well before 9:00am. When it was time for us to go down to the pool it wasn’t even open and we had to find someone to open it for us. We were quickly told at the front desk “it doesnt open until 9:00” which we had to respond “its 9:20”. The pool towel situation is also inconvenient as well. While I understand you don’t want pool towels walking off the premises, it’s also disappointing to feel that you are only allotted a certain amount of towels per hour/time slot.

The property was excellent. It is very high end, and one thing I really appreciated was the photographs from the 1800's of the Isleta Pueblo and the people that lived there at that time. The room itself was very clean, high end, and comfortable. The TV in the room was one of the largest I have ever seen in a hotel room, nice touch. The bathroom was resort level quality and cleanliness. I will stay at this property again, and again. Very pleased.

Everything was perfect

Love everything about the casino, the hotel was great. However there covid restrictions are a bit harsh. They only have one entrance and exit. To get to the hotel is a long walk. Very long. They do have valet that will come to your room and help with bags. Also you can get a golf cart ride to your car. So there making up for the the one entrance. Special scout out to Evan in valet. He was super nice and very professional. Special note to Evan. Keep up the good work and I loved our talk on the way out to the car. I can tell you have a good heart and great personality. Not to mention you were easy on the eyes.. Eddie the red Mazda 6. Sept 12th. 2021

Clean

I followed the signs to the front of the hotel and everything was blocked off. The doors were blocked off. We had to go thru the casino to get to our room and get a casino card. My wife was sick from the flights and just wanted to get to her room and did not want a gambling card yet and did not want to traipse thru a noisy casino to get to the room.

Physical access to hotel due to COVID restrictions. Appreciated the safety but the need more trams. It is a long walk with luggage.

I didn't like having to park 300 yards away, and wait 30 minutes to even get in the property, and not being able to bring beverages into my room. Ridiculous and they didn't care!

Would definitely stay here again. The room was very clean. The staff was super nice and accommodating.

Everything was so good and staff was very friendly and helpful
